“DO NOT USE I entrusted valuable items with MyBaggage and after weeks of corresponding back and forth, I have been told that my Golf Clubs cannot be located. Two (less valuable) bags arrived, however the more valuable items went missing. After repeatedly requesting updates, the only responses I received were that “DHL were looking into the matter and were searching warehouses”. MyBagggae make you purchase additional compensation cover notwithstanding that you pay extremely excessive fees for the service and entrust valuables in their care. MyBaggage do not monitor (or take any initiative to monitor) the shipments and therefore are clueless as to where any baggage may ultimately end up. The lack of tracing, disregard to their duty of care and lack of interaction with the courier company is extremely concerning and very little interest will be shown when items ‘go missing’ from warehouses. Please do not under any circumstances use this service, especially if transporting items of any commercial or sentimental value.”

“what an excellent service, it does exactly as it's says on the tin. Sent a package to London and was able to track the whole journey. The estimated time of arrival of package was perfect.Will definitely use this service again. Keep up the good work.”

“I have now used uni baggage on several occasions and they have not let me down. Picked up and delivered as promised. Ideal for when our daughter is hundreds of miles away and we need to transfer clothes between two “homes””

“Uni Baggage was fast and efficient! I shipped my suitcase from Italy to the US and it arrived in the US within 2 days. The whole process was extremely easy to use and I would definitely use them again.”

“First time we had used Uni baggage and were very pleased with the service. Clear instructions on the website, bags collected and delivered as promised, was able to track consignment easily on-line, good value for money and the 30kg weight limit a real bonus. “I have only used Uni Baggage twice so far (once from Dijon, France to Boulder, CO, USA, and subsequently USA to Sydney, Australia) but service was excellent both times, from initial booking, making changes to the pickup schedule, ease of pickup, in-transit notifications, and very efficient delivery. Highly recommended.”

“When my son moved abroad to finish his degree, he had so much luggage to bring with him that I felt obligated to contacted several companies to send his suitcases. Couldn't find any that convinced me until I found Unibaggage. Their web is so easy and quick to use. The price is excellent. I got an email where I could check at all times where the suitcase was. The suitcase was collected and delivered in time. The experience was that good that ever since, when I need to send something abroad, the only company that I contact is unibaggage. Even a week ago I sent presents abroad through them. Only once I had to contacted Customer Service and all the whole experience was brilliant. Even if I live in the UK, I am from Spain and have family living in different parts of the country. I am so glad that I found them. I highly recommend this company.”

“I used uni baggage for the first time recently. Brilliant service! I contacted customer service and not only were they really professional but very friendly and empathetic too. I plan to use the service every time I need to transport luggage. So much better than checking a bag. You can trust this company.”
