Absolutely the worst interns of customer service! Ordered 3 products and these dumb fools did not manage the delivery with DHL, hence it was returned to them. I requested for a refund and after constant emails, this theiving company has stolen my money and not come back to me through email! Avoid shopping here. I’ll be seeing these scumbag thrives in small claims court

Bought a football shirt costing over £100. Within a few weeks the lettering had cracked and started to peel off. I contacted them and was told it was wear and tear. Shockingly poor quality product, disgusting customer service. Wish I'd seen these reviews before wasting my money.

What can I say apart from AVOID this… What can I say apart from AVOID this company at all costs. Terrible service from the start. Sent the wrong items, awful quality products, late delivery after paying for a quicker delivery & still owe me my postage back from returning the items. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID.

Do NOT buy from this company, they have no phone so you can’t ask for help. They ignored my emails asking for information on delivery, 5 weeks after I ordered and paid I’d heard nothing. I then threatened to report them to trading standards. A week later a refund appeared in my bank and I only found out a few days ago when I rang my bank, they hadn’t bothered to tell me. When I eventually found an email address I messaged them to ask why they had refunded my money, I was told the item was out of stock, it took them 5 weeks to tell me that but I suspect it was because I’d threatened them with trading standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not deal with UKSOCCERSHOP their customer service is terrible. I ordered a personalized soccer shirt as a christmas gift and 5 minutes after placing the order I contacted them, through their website (which is not user friendly) to request a change. I tried to find a phone number, but again could not find one on their website. I received an email 2 hours after placing the order to say my order was being processed. I responded to this email requesting the change. Obviously they had ignored the request I had sent 5 minutes after placing the order. Their reply was the order had been processed so I could not make a change. I then emailed back indicating the shirt was no use to me the way it was and to please make the change. They emailed me back again and said they were sorry no changes could be made once the order was processed. All of this happened within 2 to 3 hours of placing the original order. My order has been shipped, the next day believe it or not, so obviously they are not a busy company or word has already gotten around that they are a shady company to deal with. This company really needs to work on customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THE UKSOCCERSHOP!!! I have yet to receive the shirt. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I had been waiting for the product for a year. They said it arrived but the post office said it never arrived and demanded that they send a reference number, they never did. They made me chase them for a year and promised that the product would be returned and delivered again. Since I've been chasing them, they refuse to refund and are not helping to solve it. Worst service I ever received.

Showing an item in stock in the size I wanted for my son for his birthday in 6 days. Was £10 more than any other site but they were showing stock available for instant delivery within the time frame. Paid an extra £5 for delivery to ensure it would arrive in time so now £15 more than anywhere else. Placed the order, had a message saying they were processing it and checking their warehouse before taking payment. Then they took payment and emailed to say item available and order confirmed. The next day I had a message of them saying sorry the item is out of stock and they cannot honour my order and a refund will be issued in 5 working days!! That has now left me unable to order from elsewhere in time and without the money to even do so as by the time I get a refund his birthday would have passed. Will never use or recommend these to anyone.

Ordered a boys shirt on 9/27 - still not received. Many emails and they respond with reasons for delays but bottom line- 6 weeks later still no shirt!

Customer service is non existent. Communication is by email only. It is impossible to arrange a return, refund or exchange. Emails are responded to by passive aggressive questions deflecting legitimate queries. No customer service is actually given. I think they intend to just wear customers down until they give up. I really wish I hadn't spent any money with this company. I advise everyone to avoid purchasing from them.

We purchased a custom Scotland jersey in April 2023. As of September 2023, we have still not received the item. Despite multiple attempts to request a replacement or refund, the customer service team claims we are outside the time frame. There are no time frames mentioned in the terms and conditions on the website.

Bought 5 shirts with sleeve patches, all shirts arrived without sleeve patches. One bnwt shirts arrived dirty, two shirts advertised with a sponsor arrived minus the sponsor, again bnwt. Got offered a refund for the patches and £10 off each sponsorless shirt, accepted this. No email replies no refund since. Absolutely shocking all around

Ordered shirt over 4 weeks ago and although I have chased them using the ‘order status’ method they request you to many times, I have had not a single acknowledgment or response. Dreadful service and communication

I ordered a footbal shirt which i paid £122.82, my order got rejected and finally got a refund for only £99.94. My son really wanted this shirt so he ordered from Teamzo and funny enough same experience and still waiting for my money. My guess as the emails have the exact format are the same company. DO NOT BUY from UKsoccershop or Teamzo, they should have out of stock on their website but no they take the money and don’t refund the full amount

Please please do not order from this company!! I ordered an arsenal jersey in January & still have received it today had to get the bank involved as they wouldn’t reply to my emails, couldn’t get through to them on the phone!Have received my money back from the bank

Ordered a top as a gift. Within 24 hours was advised item packed and given to courier. In fact courier received item 8Feb. Three attempts at getting delivery forecast were ignored CAVEAT EMPTOR !!

I took a job as a warehouse manager within this company. The owner Simon Pretswell hasnt been to the warehouse in 3 years. I was offered another job at another company whilst with them and decided against it. Worst thing ever, I set up his preowned shirt side of the business, then received an email informing that my services are no longer required for no apparent reason. This man is a parasite and has no respect for customers or his staff
