“Contacted us gave us plenty of notice when they were arriving on the day. Very helpful and assisted with where we wanted the safe. To great care when bring the safe through the house.”

“I was very impressed with Totalsafes. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. Despite offering very competitive prices their installation and customer support were excellent. I had one minor post-installation query and they sent a named engineer out within 24 hours to address my concerns. Overall I highly recommend Totalsafes and would certainly use them again as automatic first choice.”

“We were generally very happy with service and advice received over the phone/by e-mail and the advice from the surveyor who called was very sound. The delivery and fitting team were first class. They took a lot of trouble to ensure they did not damage the lawn, door sills and carpets which, considering the weight of the safe, was no mean feat. One ill-conceived e-mail spoiled a 5-star rating.”

“Very happy with the key safe. Very clear instructions, heavy safe which appears very robust. Like how positive the push buttons are, and the locking mechanisms behind them. Solid and unfussy. Did wonder about positioning of keys from pictures, but was pleasantly surprised to find plate with 2 hooks for keys supplied. Arrived on time, well packaged.”
