"Absolutely dreadful service. If your TV breaks it's apparently your problem . You have to wait around for a courier who considers it none of their business to pack the TV up (your problem) in case it gets broken more (your problem). Then doubtless there will be more hanging around once they have got around to fixing your TV in case the courier decides they would like to deliver it... Or maybe you could buy a TV made by an outfit who give a fig about customer service, like I will next time."
