Product is good. However, when you shut your Inverness store, you never bothered to inform customers. Pretty shabby - considering I had been a customer of your Glasgow and Inverness stores for over 20 years. That adds up to a significant amount of money. You didn't bother getting in touch with loyal customers who had booked. So no - I don't believe you do care.

I haven't received my products even though delivery was quoted as 2-4 working days and I ordered it over 8 days ago. I am being asked to review a heat protection spray and not the Curling wand that I actually ordered and when attempting to contact customer service, the only way I received a response was to call through to the client line and ask for the info to be passed on the the warehouse since they weren't answering any of the multiple calls I attempted. The response itself was just to confirm it had been dispatched but they have yet to send me any tracking information at all and quoted the bank holiday as the reason for delay - The bank holiday in question ended on the day I placed the order. Safe to say once/if I eventually receive my order I will not be purchasing from toni and guy store again but rather from the salon I attend for my hair appointments. Very disappointed.

I have never purchased this Item. I am still waiting on my order for 1 week now! 2 emails sent to customer care- no replay! Its such a terrible service, that I can’t even describe. I just wanna know where is my order ???

I ordered over a week ago and have had no confirmation or even received the voucher! I have emailed asking what is going on and I have not had a reply.

Never received the product. Royal Mail said they delivered it but it has never arrived. Customer services are of NO help, trying to actually make contact with someone and getting a response has been extremely problematic. I’ve been chasing constantly and they are terrible at keeping me updated with the progress of the investigation. Will not use this service again.

My hairdresser advised me to buy this product, however I feel as my hair is so fine it does not suit my needs, I was trying to get away from having to use rollers everyday, it is very efficient and gets to temperature almost immediately, but the boost will not hold on my fine hair

Parcel was not delivered , and no one even checked ! The product might b nice, but I don't know. All I can advise is not to buy from this suppler

Ordered a gift card voucher for my son on 3/3/21 and still hasn’t arrived. His birthday is tomorrow so no present to give him. Not impressed.
