“This was a gift for friends but they messaged to say they loved their tipple box. Customer service was excellent as my order went through twice but I was notified straight away by email & the duplicate order was deleted. Thank you”

“Bottle of tonic water had leaked and ruined the box and one of the miniatures, however, the ruined items were replaced within days when I complained about them. Very good response.”

“Excellent customer service and good selection of cocktail kits to suit different taste. Am currently enjoying the various gins on offer from a selection of distilleries - all British brands. Delivery was very fast. The packaging is very robust to avoid breakages. I like their loyalty scheme where you earn points towards a free cocktail kit.”
