About Ticket Arena: In 2008, our founder and director Reshad Hossenally started Ticket Arena to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. "Registering was plain and simple. A little disappointed when I tried to book 2 tickets for a festival in Crystal Palace. The booking system kept throwing me out at the paying stage, which meant when I finally booked I had to accept the 2nd release tickets at an additional £5 per ticket charge, because 1st release were all sold out."

This event is of extremely high demand and there were only a limited number of tickets for each ticket type on sale.

Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event.

Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service.

A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience.

I would like to apologise that you have not been able to purchase the tickets you required. This event was of extremely high demand and there were only a limited number of tickets.

We monitored the on sale closely and no issues with the site were identified.

Due to a high demand for tickets, it is possible for certain ticket types to sell out in the time it takes for you to checkout and results in an empty basket. This is due to the large number of customers attempting to purchase for the same event at one time.

"I really wanted vip tickets for lost and found festival but when I went to purchase the tickets they had only sold out that day, it would of been nice to have some sort of a warning for the last remaining tickets so I could of bought them sooner"

We're sorry you were not able to pay using your preferred method. While Ticket Arena accept debit and credit card payments as well as Apple and Google pay we do not currently accept Paypal.

We will however take your feedback on board when reviewing our payment methods in the future.
