Il vostro sito mostra pagina bianca quando vado per comprare i biglietti con Chrome. Ho dovuto farlo dal telefono. Inoltre una volta acquistato e con il codice non posso aggiungere il biglietto al mio account e visualizzarlo tra "i miei biglietti"... Potete sicuramente fare meglio... Ciao

I had to go back to each even to check for tickets, it should be an easier way to be able to check for the other dates availability versus needing to go back 3/4 steps.

I can't make a reservation because I leave just one??? And then I can't to assisst with my family when the seat is free? I disagree with this policy Create account proccess didn't work ok, system was briken and I had ti make it 2 times, spend time. Thank you in advance

I understand there had to be a waiting list, but everytime I’d switch to paying monthly and the regular tickets it took so long to the point that certain tickets were sold out. If I knew that action would’ve cost me that much time and money I would’ve never done it.

I tried to book the tickets on my Laptop and the checkout page wasn't working. I tried to book the tickets on my Samsung tablet and it wasn't working. I ended up purchasing the tickets on my phone after wasting 20 minutes trying to purchase the tickets before the price went up for Afronation.

I believe the server was slow which made everything take longer than it should have. And the prices were ridiciously high along with that there was too much fees going on.

I was on the website before 9am but couldn’t buy the early bird tickets because they were sold out...but my sister managed to buy them after I had made my purchase. Not good

While trying to pirchase tickets for afronation on 28th of November, the website crashed as it was my turn in the queue. While making payment, the price i was attempting to making for became sold out and yet it still stated early bird tickets were avaialble. I had no option but to purchase 1st release general admission. Fix up!!

That "in a queue" BS is not the one! I had to lie there for 20 mins waiting to be redirected just to find the Super Early Bird tickets sold out - even though I was on the page 10 mins before it even went live. Also if I press an option, e.g. Early Bird Ticket, and I go to pay and it keeps taking me back to the same page because it's sold out, that needs to be clearer.
