“From beignning to the end of the mortgage process Threshold have been absolutely fantastic. I dealt shortly with Nigel Hawkins first but mainly with Joanne Easter during the process. Joanne has been absolutely fantastic in trying to get the best deal for us from Halifax. She was always prompt and answered my queries right away. She made me feel quite relaxed during the whole process yet maintained the professional standards. We had a few stumbling blocks with job change etc but Joanne made the whole process of updating information with the lender as easy as possible. She also provided the best life insurance quotes to suit out circumstances. I would highly recommend their service.”

“Generally happy with the service received. Sometimes very difficult to contact person who was dealing with our case. In later stage someone else is taking care of you, without informing you that you should contact someone else from now on. Overall good”

“Thank you to Neil Brooker for his extraordinary services, patience and professionalism. I have never met anybody as him and I would recommend him to whoever wants exceptional services. No doubt the best mortgage adviser as we went through the mortgage process couple of times in the past with no luck and Neil proved us he knows how to do his job and he even answered my phone calls in his spare time.
