I was disappointed in the Healthery for the following reasons. 1. If an item is not in stock, the site should state so at the purchase stage to enable the prospective purchaser to make a decision whether to continue or not. 2. Even after the order had been placed, still no notification of out of stock. When the item did not arrive, I telephoned and was advised the item would be sent that week. 3. No item received, so contacted Healthery again over a week later, to be told the item would, once again, be with me that week. Need I say more, it did not arrive until another week. So, I am not impressed.

I payed for delivery but I was not informed when it was coming until I came home after shopping & was told to go & collect it from who was delivering it & also what I ordered(10) I only got 9, it was delivered to me but I was not informed again but luckily I was just going out!

Two things let down what is otherwise a good website. First and most annoying was the basket item timeout feature. If items have been in the basket for over a certain amount of time they disappear without trace and warning. This was very frustrating to look in the bag and have to try to work out what was missing. Secondly their were limited filter options which meant that I needed to scroll through many items to find what I wanted, which only exacerbated the first point.

I appreciated being able to get the things I couldn't get locally, and have them delivered in good time. Unfortunately they've stopped selling what I need so are of no use to me at present.
