“Great service. Sorted a leaking pipe that had flooded our kitchen. Came in under half an hour. Very personal and friendly. The second time we have used Plumbing Doctor in the last 12 months. Highly recommended.”

“The plumbing engineer who came today to repair the leaking toilet in our house was very efficient and professional and although the job was proving a bit more complicated that I originally told him he got it fixed in a timely manner and with a smile on his face. I felt really pleased and satisfied with the service I received from John today and would highly recommend him to anybody.”

“The plumber was right on time. very tidy. The job was a little harder than we first thought but the job was completed in first class standard. We would not hesitate to call this plumber again. Very good value. We would recommend this plumber to friends.”

“I had a leaking combination (fortic) hot water tank replaced a month ago. The Plumbing Doctor took all the relevant details of the old tank beforehand (and I provided some photos), provided a quote and ordered a replacement. Despite requiring a bit of new pipe work, he carried out the job with a minimum of fuss. He kindly disposed of the old tank for me, offered to vacuum where he had been working (I declined this though as it gave me the chance for a real clean out of the airing cupboard), and also cleaned up outside where he had parked his van. Overall an excellent service, charged exactly the price I had been quoted and did a good job. (Not a leak in sight! )”

“From first contact right through to installation and final invoice The Plumbing Doctor staff were very helpful, friendly, professional, tidy and understanding. Liaison with the electrician (whirlpool bath installed) and suppliers was good and I would not hesitate to use them again. Throughly recommended.”

“Came around the time promised the previous day. Did excellent job replacing broken stop-cock. Very happy to check on an additional water supply problem. Pleasant attitude. All at an affordable price. I recommend Plumbing Doctor (Plymouth).”

“Very good communication and an excellent plumber attended to my problem which turned out to be a bit more than first expected, but, it was no problem to him. Very clean ethic and always telling you what he is doing. Would definitely use him again and, would certainly inform others should they need a good plumber. Thank You Alex.”
