“Not impressed at all , placed an order last Thursday , no confirmation by email have not a clue where my cups are as have not received anything ., All I have had is this review to fill out, would like to know where is my order as I need them now.”

Your order received on Friday the 25th at 22.17pm in the evening, the office was closed for the weekend of the 26th and 27th and was dispatched to you on the Tues 29th by UPS for delivery the next day I presume that the box has not arrived and accordingly had you advised us of this we would have put a trace on it . Maybe you could let us know by emailing us if they have not arrived The Paper Cup Factory
