“The instructor shout at me, ask me to improve my English (I'm not local), ask me to use my brain to plan. Might be I didn't meet his expectations but please...PLEASE don't say "you are NO WAY to drive", it's really rude and will destroy the confidence of the student. He said he lost his patience and stop the lesson, I need to drive back home on my own for 30 mins. Would like to ask if I really bad like he said, why he let me to drive back home for 30 mins (not a short distence). I am still very depressed after this, still thinking about should I give up for learn driving in the future. I share my experience to my friends after every lesson, see how they think and any suggestion for my improve. I try to do better in every lesson but the result is...humiliate by the instructor. If you are a learner, maybe you will understand how sad I am. When I ask AA for complain, they have no reply. AA just sell the student to the instructor and will not follow up! If you are not genius.. please AVOID AVOID AVOID Garbor if you in Guildford. You can stop my lesson but please don't say somthing to knock down a learner. You are a instructor but don't forget you also a learner at the begining. If you cannot help a nervous student and cannot accept student who need more time to improve, please quit your job, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO INSULT ANYONE.”

“My teacher was sudhir if you get him he really makes you test ready which was so good for me I did less lessons but was test ready while learning and I passed with only 2 minors very happy with him”

“My experience was terrible! I`ll never recommend this AA driving school! I bought 6h from this school and booked my lessons four times!!!!! ALL lessons were cancelled a few hours before the lesson started, with no previous information, no explanation, or anything else. I`ll miss my driving test because there is no more available date! I contacted the company and spoke with three different agents. The first two agents finished the chat without a solution or feedback, the third agent called Musfada was more professional and tried to find another instructor, but no success. I was open to changing the pickup postcode, instructor or anything to have my lessons but no solution...I`ll miss my test! Zero star!!! Zero recommendation, Terrible company”

“Sudhir Desai was my instructor and was fantastic. Teaches well on how to drive, all the maneuvers and hazards. 100% recommend using him! Passed my test and I thank him for doing that.”

“Worst possible experience with my instructor at AA. Avoid Abdisalam Osman, he is extremely rude, unprofessional and won’t be committed to you or your lessons. Look for much better other instructors elsewhere”

“My teacher was Kajanraj Thavayogan and he was an incredible instructor! I’ve had so many instructors and had previously failed a test. He made me feel at ease and comfortable and confident. I just passed my test second time with no faults all thanks to Kajanraj! Highly recommend :)”

“My experience with the AA was terrible, I signed up for a decent amount of lessons with Morty safari who was one of the worst and least professional driving instructors you could imagine. He did not provide a high level of quality instruction not informing myself about plenty of things according to other driving instructors have I would have failed for making it very hard for myself to pass. He would not allow me to correct any of my mistakes and would just take over the car whenever anything such a stall would happen etc. He would also go off on frequent rants in the car whilst I was driving the car getting very aggressive towards pedestrians and other road users that he would get annoyed by (when they would do something like cross the road) calling them various farm animals, screaming at them and then would spend ages making farm animal noises whilst I was trying to focus. He also shouted “what jungle did you come out of” towards a black woman jay walking across the street which I could not tell if it was racially motivated or not. This was not the only mildly racist comment he made as he would frequently talk about pedestrians “coming to this country, not speaking English and walking around the street like they own the place”. When contacted the AA they informed me that because it’s a franchisees they don’t really have any responsibility to give me any money back and naturally when they spoke to him he denied everything. They informed me my only option was to pursue legal action which I think is too far for this poor service as it was a completely waste of my money but I do not want to try ruin this man’s life completely. However I would not recommend this service or driving instructor and would recommend people to go through private individual companies. I also don’t have confirmation but from the way my phone call went with customer service I get the impression I was not kept anonymous which considering this driving has my address is very concerning as if I was a more vulnerable I could potentially be concerned for my safety if the driving was frustrated by this which he has shown he has a very short temper”

“AA driving school was the best option for me I passed my test first time all thanks to my instructor Raj who helped me improve on any bad habits and improve my confidence in just 4 weeks. I recommend Raj to anyone wanting to past their test first time as he will take the time to make sure u pass”

“AA has been the best driving school for me I passed my test with only 5hour leasing with instructor Raj. I’ve had previous driving instructors but nothing like Raj he made me feel very comfortable and confident in my driving , in just one day he covered everything that will be happening in my test , I definitely recommend booking your lesson with AA and possibly with Raj , he will make sure you pass!”

“avoid avoid avoid, lie to customer been promising lessons since August Samina Cheethan Hill was meant to be giving lessons in November, December 23 then January 24 let down not offered one single one as of March 24. Shocking experience, customer service just as mad never been treat so poorly for a service 0 stars cos they are so rubbish.”

“do not waste your time, they lie, promise lessons from one month to next which don’t happen appalling customer services been promised lessons since August last year (23) my daughter hasn’t had one it’s now March 24. Please go somewhere else.”
