Telkom you have unnecessarily debited my account without my permission in the middle of the month and 17 days later I am still waiting for the refund!!!

Bad experience from your lazy employees at your cresta mall especially lady with tattoos she doesn’t know how to talk to clients, she told me my ID copies aint me im looking like madala not attending to my needs mocking me and telling me they can’t do sim swap coz its friday

They changed my fibre package on a monthly basis, without my knowledge. Up & down changed over the past 5 months - causing dire financial implications, disconnection and reconnection etc. After logging financial disputes and multiple complaints, the challenges still not resolved. Resulting in me cancelling my contract with them.

I am on 120gb data contract, I am not using too much data and in less than 25 days my data is depleted. What puzzles me is I was on 80gb and I never ran out of data. Telkom is a thief.

Telkom continue to do unauthorised debt order of my account & refuse to return the money. This is fraud & the citizens of South Africa need to know what Telkom is doing. Many unsuspecting customers are being rip of by Telkom on a regular basis. Please be careful & check your Telkom debt order on a regular basis!((!

Wish i can rate you less than 1 star. As soon as i get close to home i am unable to access anything which requires data usage on my phone, i cant even access my banking app. The network is non existent. When are you guys going to fix this? You are the worse service providers.

No you can't stand for telkom telkom's eating our money for nothing I just bought almost 12 gig with of data but it's wasted without even me spending it no telkom a giving us problems so the service is bad can't believe it I'm getting fired over you because I can't work because over your network come on guys I trusted you but you nothing but selfish network

It's the worst company I have ever delta with. Each time you call and Want to follow up on a order each person gives you a different story. If everything is recorded on computer how can each person have a different story. Just pathetic.

You have a very rude girl in your customer care called Constance, she is the most useless and pathetic agent ever! All I'm trying to do here is cancel my old contract which had become a month-to-month since the router was stolen. I have since taken a new contract, so how can I be charged for two contracts when the other doesn't exist anymore??? Just to cancel a contract becomes a mission with those untrained consultants who ask you useless questions and struggle to get us satisfied.

Want to give Telkom a rating less than one star.I contacted Telkom mobile services 081180 and spent the most frustrating morning.Our internet is down since yesterday so I made several calls this morning. Was given an option between English , Afrikaans and other African languages. Chose Afrikaans twice, yet was addressed in English..????Secondly,i know I dialed the correct number but was told it was the wrong number and was transferred to another department……just to be transferred back to the number I know was the correct one. My impression was that if they don’t feel like dealing with your issues, you’re told it is the wrong number and transferred or the line is dropped. They still ask if you would recommend Telkom to anyone? Absolutely NOT!!!

Technicians came on Saturday to install neighbors wifi, and switched off ours in the process They came on monday however problem was not resolved (need I say Technicians would come for 10 minutes then leave for hours repeatedly throughout the day) No one has been able to resolve our issue. Even when it works the wifi is super slow and often unresponsive. I suggest you don't waste your time using telkoms fibre services.

Telkom is probably the original service provider in South Africa and I've been with them since the old land-line dial up days. But they seem to have lapsed into complacency. To be fair, once one's fibre is installed it works ok, and rates are, well, average. My HUGE complaint is trying to get to speak to someone in this company, that should be on the forefront of communications. None of their contact numbers work - or no one answers and the helpline numbers for wifi issues, that Telkom themselves put online are 'No longer in service'. I've just tried about 6 different numbers. And if one has a wifi technical issue it's impossible to get hold of someone after hours! That's like offering Roadside Assistance and shutting it down at 23H00. To be fair, if one does get hold of a technician they really do try and sort out the issue, but come on Telkom. Get your act together or at least act like you want to communicate with us clients who pay you for a service. Trying to get hold of you is enough to make one lose the will to live. Time for you to shape up - there's loads of competition out there offering lots of good deals.

My contract ended in January 2024. I went to close it end February when debit continued and they confirmed, the next thing Nudebt is threatening with blacklisting if i don't pay.

Telkom is a scam.. i bought a cellphone in cash and my mistake was to insure it with them... after 5years of paying for insurance i then lost my phone.. they declined my claim after 5 months of me waiting and strangely continued to make deductions from my bank account... when i asked why 🤷‍♀️ they then cancelled the insurance.. as if that was not enough... now they tried to deduct even a higher amount of money out of the blue... when i reversed the money they handed me to the credit bereau... imagine... honestly i dont know what they want and why theyre still operating if things are not working for them instead of scamming people like this.. its a shame!!!

I barely have network with Telkom and once I'm connected the network buffer every single day would not recommend if have to rate Telkom perhaps I should rate Telkom -0 the worse network ever

As an older person, I was assisted at Telkom Tygervalley by a young lady who was always patient, helpful and friendly. Gave us good advice and tended to all our problems promptly. Thank you for your service Ju-Mari.
