I have placed 2 orders so far and delivery was good. I have recently contacted customer support as unfortunately I have an issue with one of the switches and they couldn't have been quicker to respond. Lauren had arranged a replacement very quickly. Fast delivery and good prices are great but after sales support is amazing too.

The various devices I ordered were easy to install once I mastered the task of linking them to both a remote and a smartphone. The videos covering aspects of installation were more useful than the instruction sheets included with each device, in particular for the handheld remote. However the Help Desk staff were very helpful and usefull. I will certainly recommend Lightwave to any friends looking to install smart technology into their homes.

I can review the LightwaveRF products I purchased today but as I already have them and am just adding more that surely tells the tale on its own. I am a complete convert to LightwaveRF and the Smartshop seems to be the best overall on price for the products. There are some items that I cannot find (easilly) on here but that is the only reason to reduce my rating. Ordering was easy and delivery arranged quickly. So happy with that.

Fabulous products and outstanding customer care. I am seeing a real improvement in my household running cost, improved appearances and most recently a much improved look with the help of the led lights and fittings.

I find the smart shop trade area useful , it's dose give a genuine trade discount , allowing installers to make a small profit supplying products , the only negative is that you do run out of the most popular products, hopefully you have now sorted that out. Looking forward to the new lines.

The megaman led bulbs and lightwave RF 3000w relay with brass wireless switches are fantastic and saving us alot of money in our york art gallery.

Excellent easy to use website - keen pricing on Megaman and LightWaveRF LED lights and equipment - very good e.mail follow up of order with delivery information. Good arrived in a few days well packaged. Have purchased previously and have been very satisfied on each occasion.

eventually rewired the heating and got the boiler control working and linked up and working. Manual says need to set up web app but can't find how to yet

I have been very impressed with the Smartshop. I am slowly building a lightwaverf home automation system and I have always found them to be not only highly competitive on price but also very efficient. Orders get delivered on time, are well packaged and I have never had any issues with their customer service. Today they arranged a next day delivery for me at very short notice following a conversation on their Web Chat system. All in all a very good experience.

I needed information on what product components i would have to buy to control my heating remotely, I spoke with sales they referred me to their tech dept who were most helpful. I went back to sales and purchased everything I needed the whole process took no more than 10 minutes. Plus they emailed links to show how to install the kit, which will be delivered the very next day for free. The sales lady Loreen was very happy and had a pleasant telephone manor. Thank you for emailing me with an opportunity to give you a review. I purchase the items nearly 2 weeks ago and you took payment almost immediately. I know there was a Christmas holiday but you could take payment immediately so why not a confirmation order email, I had to get in touch with you. I have also had to get in touch its you of when I'm going to receive my goods, the latest date you gave me was Thursday, it's now Friday evening and still no goods. So a review of how you have done so far has is not very good and you will probably get them straight back when and if they arrive. I hope I will be credited back with my payment with the same speed it left my account, it a shame you don't despatch your goods with the same speed. Very very annoyed.
