“Never ever purchase a Target gift card! The gift card remaining amount could disappear without reason. When you contact customer service, they will ask you to provide the original receipt, if not, you will lose the amount. That's so embarrassing to ask the gifter to provide the original receipt when you received from a business partner. The customer service is not helpful, and finally, you will lose the balance. This is totally ridiculous that they checked the remaining amount on the account and told you that is frozen unless you provid an original receipt. Don't purchase Target gift cards to be gift for your love. So bad shopping experience!”
“Target in Hunter’s creek Florida is the worst target I have ever been too. Besides getting my purse stolen from my shopping cart. They Didn’t even bother to check the cameras. Today I go to shop and the employee takes the last 3 trash bags boxes on the shelves bc he’s doing fulfillment. I need those trash bags I told him and he would not let me take them bc he’s doing someone’s order online. When, I was in the aisle before him. No consideration for the customer that gets their butt in the store early they rather not sell to me and do and online order so what is it do they make more money doing online orders.

“Target would not accept a coupon that I received directly from the Procter & Gamble corporation for a defective toothbrush that I bought at the Mission Kansas target store. When I went on targets website to see their coupon acceptance policy my coupon met all the requirements listed on their website. The manager in Mission Kansas treated me totally disrespectful and could hardly be bothered with talking with a customer that had a complaint. It took him 15 minutes to even come up and talk with me from the time he was contacted. He was in the back sorting merchandise. I left buying nothing and will not be back to the store .”
“I didn’t last more than 6 minutes inside before I turned around and left; the place is a disaster. Clothes disorganized, piled on the floor, same with the shoes…everything, really. It’s like people take things off the racks and drop them on the floor, and that’s where they stay forever. What is wrong with people? Respect the store and a space that is not yours by putting things back where you found them. Absolutely no ability to have a peaceful and relaxing shopping experience. It’s nothing but chaos. There’s also trash all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Do better, people!”
“I placed an online order on the 17 of April. When I went to pick it up they said they canceled my order because they were out of stock but they still charged my debit card. I went back to the store on the 18th to find out about my refund. They told me the money would be back in my account on the 19th. On the 23rd I called target to ask about my refund. I was told the canceled my order on the 19th because I never picked up order and they contacted PayPal with the authorization to issue the refund. I contacted PayPal, they tell me they are waiting on authorization from target. I won't get my money back until May 16th. All this because Target won't do their job and are lying to me a lot it. I will never place an online order with them again.”
“Signed up for what I thought was phone service with AT&T in Target but later found out that it was a third party. I was mislead and given false information. I have no recourse with AT&T and Target will take no responsibility. Do not sign up for services offer in Target. They are not vetted and Target doesn't care that they mislead their customers. “On March 15th I went to the DBF x Target event at the Shed in NYC. A few important notes: 1) there were no changing rooms at the event 2) normal receipts were not given out - they texted a link for a receipt 3) this was a 2 day pop up so I couldn't go back to the same spot and make any returns, I would have to go to a different store. I go to a Target store today (March 30th) - 15 days later to try and return these items, thinking I had the normal-Target 90 days to return these items. I'm told I am 1 day late and I only had 14 days to return these items. Keep in mind, this was never communicated to me at the pop-up and not included in the receipt link. They could only offer store credit. I then call Guest Relations and they say if I go back to the store (>30 min drive away), they could see if there's something they could do. Then I call the store to see if this is true and they said if I come back they'll see what they can do. I drive all the way back to the store and the Store Manager says there's nothing they can do. Then I call Guest Relations again and they say there's nothing they can do. I spent at least 5 hours of my day dealing with this and I am sick of Target - a company with a good reputation that seems well-off - treating its customers in such a secret manipulative way. Policy's need to be clearly communicated - why not just shop at Amazon if Target customer service has no interest in helping their customers? I will not shop at Target again. “Went to the Target Store in Eugene. Got what we needed. Got in line and watched a guy with a full cart of stuff just leave the store. I work hard for my money but to see someone out right steal from a company bothers me. Nobody did anything to stop the theft. Then I watched another guy and his buddy walk out with pack of white tee shirts. Target pull your head out of your ass and stop the thefts. If you won't I will take my business to Walmart where they have security guards on duty. Please share this with CEO.”
“Purchased two items on line for pickup... hours AFTER MY CARD WAS CHARGED, I received an email saying that one of the items was out of stock -
Then I contacted customer service via phone, to ask about how to pick up my remaining item at the DRIVE UP because I can't walk from the parking lot to inside the store (COPD issues).
The girl on the phone who I could barely understand told me I would have to cancel my order and re-purchase the item and mark it DRIVE UP PICKUP.
I got disgusted and just canceled the rest of my order... NO MORE TARGET FOR ME.”
