Worse college ever, I am waiting for my refund back for more than two months, the courses are unbelievable, worse of all the courses I had done, communication with them is just, I don't care what you think, you pay us, we have your money, so now, deal with your loss, shameful.

Study365 mis sold me the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner online course. They said they would send me the Managing Successful Projects Prince2 2017 manual but when I went to start the online course they said it was a mistake by the customer services adviser. They promised they would print off other documentation and post it to me but this never happened. All they did was email some pretty useless PDF files. I'm now in the process of trying to get a refund of £495 but this is also very challenging. They don't call you back and are ignoring my voicemails and emails. It's been over a week since I requested a refund and I haven't got anywhere. I will provide an update when or if I get my money back.

Study365 provided me a Training Package for PRINCE2 in English. Having studied and then paid £199 for the exam, I subsequently discover that a matter of days after purchasing the course, the exam was no longer available in English ! . Despite their initial willingness to engage and the promise of a refund, I have now waited over 4 weeks and received nothing. They now fail to respond to any emails or attempt to contact by phone. On making attempts to call the company , I often get diverted to a mobile answerphone despite calling a landline. They appear to have a very slack attitude to customer service. I'm now finding myself having racked up over 2 hours of my time, simply trying to get my money back.

In study 365 i have completed Microsoft Excel course and i Absolutely love the course. Even though I've used Excel for several years, it's been highly advantageous to take this course. I've found many helpful things that I never knew were possible and shortcuts that have saved me time. I found the part about creating and using macros very helpful, and the intro into the possible uses of VBA in Excel to be highly enlightening. I look forward to more in depth use of using VBA in Excel in the future. thank you study 365.....!

Beware I did a Award in Education & Training course online with study365 and paid for the assignments and awarding body registration (Pearson) after the marking and feedback was late I checked with Pearson to find out they are not a registered centre with them (Ask for their centre number) and I was not registered as a candidate with them although they took money to do so. The course is worthless without my certificate from Pearson. I have given them the opportunity for an explanation before I take the matter further as a the moment it seems like they are scammers they have yet to reply.

Not sure where all good comments are from but I signed up for the course and there is no contact on the other side. I can't log in and there is nobody to answer my emails although I have tried many times. Please check Facebook reviews. I wish I checked them before signing up. There are better learning platforms than this one.

In the meantime the reason why there was no response to your emails is because your emails were sent on a Friday after 5 PM. The issue is sorted now and our customer service agents tried to reach on Monday several times via phone but couldn't get through to you. I purchased a course through them and was within my 14 day refund and hadn’t started the online course. I requested for a refund as my work agreed to pay for me to attend a classroom course that they would pay for. In study365. T&CS it states that as long as you haven’t started the course and is within 14 days you can have a full refund. I requested a refund and instead of issuing my refund they tried to bully me into “course swapping” then wanted to know who I was booking my classroom course with whilst with holding my refund as a stalling tactic to push me over the 14 days. Incredibly unprofessional and quite desperate sales tactics still waiting on my refund

I booked a course in October 2018 but had to cancel with the 14 day cool off period. Still waiting for the refund as if the April 2019. Customer service absolutely shocking service !!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, these courses are for America's market, not UK as I though. It barely scratches the surface of RE investments. Information given is absolutely worthless. Also, whoever wrote information for these courses have never invested or probably even worked in real estate business. In what world interest rates of loans would decrease for LONG period repayments??? If there is a need to change or modify the existing waterfront then the first step would be to (according to courses) - analyze the landscape and viewing, hiring a consultant wasn't a correct answer. Furthermore, courses states that properties in a countryside are half as priced in the city...oh my god...It has more factors and this statement is stupid on another level. Complete waste of money. Also they charge 'a small fee' to get the diploma delivered...£29. Can I just print it out myself??

I have put my claim through paypal for the paper certificate not being received and being ignored by e-mail (6 sent), needed this for interview as I did not even receive the e-version. Very disappointed, with so many providers offering a better service I would not use you or recommend your company. This happened with the first course I had with you, I had to chase the certificate, I should have learnt from that. I will re-take this course with another training provider and await refund.

I have purchased course in accounting software from uk based website. When I open course it was designed for USA. Terminology quite different, taxation very different. It was not use to me at all. I have complain straight away but month pass by and not refund or replacement despite regular email, they by the way looks like poor google translated from unknown language like for instance :Would like to raise a complaint or you can request a refund kindly drop a new email as requesting your requirement.

Having registered on the Level 3 in education, I found the resources of little use. The sample assignments didn't meet the grading criteria for the course. Upon completion it has taken over 6 weeks to get my grades for the course, despite having been told that I would have them in under 2 weeks. Numerous support calls and emails later and I have been lied to numerous times and still don't know whether my assignments have been marked. Hopefully i will have more luck in getting my money back.

After purchasing my course did not hear from Study365 within the 48 hours in the terms and conditions. I then sent them multiple emails, called and left voicemail messages and received nothing. I purchased the course through Reed and thankfully they managed to get my course info sent to me. I don't know where all of these great reviews are coming from, most of them make me laugh as they couldn't be further from the truth in my experience. In my opinion Study365 are a shady company and should be avoided. The only email I received from them was from a mail server with hundreds of reports of phishing and scams…I think that's a bit odd. I've done my research on the company, I'll be going to Citizens Advice to assist me with a refund.

Study365 has rich selection of valuable courses which can give you a lot for reasonable price BUT is not worth to buy as you will waste a lot of time with customer service as their interface is full of mistakes and customer service is POOR. Do NOT BUY more than one course! - If you do, not all courses will be assigned to your account unless you will contact customer service. Not all courses have exam included as advertised (after finishing your course you have to wait a few more months for them to add exam, even if you contact customer service). When you finish course and pass exam there is high chance you will be assigned wrong certificate then you have to contact customer service again. I bought 14 courses with this company over past 2 years and customer service told me that I am experiencing troubles because I bought many courses. Some courses when finished and passed exam are still under the evaluation. It can take several months for issuing your certificate. I contacted customer service (no answer) and after 2 months and 3 weeks still dont have certificate which supposed to be included in the price - false advertisement again. Do not rely on customer service promises as they dont keep them! I Do NOT recommend this company!

I paid for advanced pest control in UK the material was American nothing at all which covers UK & eu legislations stay clear if your looking from UK I have been informed by city & guilds and rsph/Boca that this course is no good for anyone also to literature is miles out of date
