“I had an issue with logging in to my account and when I managed to eventually get in to it noticed I had 41 days to complete it!! Jumped on to the online chat and after explaining and discussion with Richard he managed to extend it for me. I can't say enough how helpful and knowledgeable Richard was. “Having shopped around for a PRINCE2 course, study365 came up most competitive. The course materials are available to work through at my own pace. I found the demo exam really helpful in checking my subject comprehension. Study365 customer service is on point. When my manual arrived, it was damaged inside. I emailed them and they sent a new one out promptly. Questions are answered within 24 hrs of emailing.”
