“I received an excellent service from the company director, Mr. Ali. Initially, I was hesitated to buy marble tiles from him, as I was concerned about dealing with a company that I never heard of. However, after speaking to him to know about his background; enthusiasm and the assurance that he could offer to me (payment upon delivery). I decided to place my order through him. I had a few follow up calls from him that I was really pleased he did, even initiated to send me 2 samples that clearly outlined different veins of the same type of stone for assurance. Indeed, I feel I had a John Lewis service from him. Personally, I wish a young businessman like him with excellent service will success in the near future. I really have a good impression and built up trust on him. I had even get him to source for other tiles which I found from his competitors. I can't resist to help him to build up his company reputation, which is very crucial for an establishing company. All the best, Mr. Ali Regards, Chen”

“I ordered quite a few samples from yourselves which arrived in a timely matter. I had follow up phone calls from Ali which were very helpful. Unfortunately none of the tiles were to our taste. Next time I need any tiles I will definitely be checking in with Tiles Porcelain. Overall a good experience. Thanx, Dee”

“Recently I purchased my wood flooring from this group. I am very happy with my purchase, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and they went out of their way to give me the best advice and products, at a very good price. All in all a rare thing to get such good service these days. I would recommend you to certainly consider them, if you are looking to buy wood flooring, stone, or tiles.”
