“I am a huge fan of Speedypack. The service is always superb. Prices are really competitive, I order online (and get a bit of discount) and the order is usually here the next day. If I ever ring up, Jared is always exceptonally helpful. I have been using them for plastic bags for about 5 years, and cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Got a prompt call regarding an item out of stock and mentioned alternative with part refund. Was also accommodating regarding refund versus purchase of split pack item. Would have received 'very good' but the order was deficient a couple of items. Called and deficient items arrived the next day as promised. Speedypack are very good compared to most on-line purchases.”

“ordered 2000 grip seal bags arrived promptly the next day which is great news, the bad news was that they were the wrong size sent out, I telephoned them and they rang me back 15 minutes later, very apologetic and then they said keep the other bags and we shall send the correct size ordered, which is due in today, the good news is that I now have 4000 bags that are totally usable just that one batch is slightly smaller then the ones ordered, no fuss, no hassle and very professional service. will use again definitely.”

“would have been better if customer service was applied, I emailed twice with the "price match" guarantee and have heard nothing, then when I ordered only part the order came, spoke to someone there on both matters who took my number and you've guessed it never returned the call and never resent missing items i await your call 07902217905 regards andy”

“delivery not right. having been a driver myself i know the approx time i will arrive. needs text to allow indow of arrival e.g between 10 to 12 am. had to stay in all day to ensure got parcel. must improve. other comapanies do this.”
