“I placed an order and then realised I needed 2 additional items. Called Sparks and a very helpful man added the items to the order. I once again had to make a change to the order and this was done with no problems. Items are as described but the customer service was excellent. Would definitely buy from Sparks again. Thank you”

“ordered some sockets which arrived promptly. fitted correctly, however one failed contacted sparks warehouse. without any quibble a replacement was sent immediately. Cannot fault the customer service.”

“The items were of a good quality and at a great price. However it took a week shy of 2 months to get all 7 of the electrical sockets that I ordered. Responses from the company were apologetic but I had to do all the chasing and keep the pressure on to get my order completed. An order status update unprompted by myself from their customer services would have gone a long way I feel, and would be a polite way to keep customers from going elsewhere.”

“Easy quick ordering but communication could be better as item I ordered although stated as in stock was on back order and I had too contact them after a week to ask where my items where. Once they arrived it was all good.”
