“Terrible company! I ordered candles for my son's birthday cake, website states 72 hour delivery 2 weeks on no candles and I'm still chasing a refund. The customer service is terrible, it seems to be run by a 1 man band and they barely respond to emails. I've had to send the same emails every day to first chase my order and now the refund. Email's seem to get overlooked/ignored and when I do a get a response 3-4 days later they're unprofessional 1 line replies from a mobile phone email from a Tarun Sahdev. Very frustrating experience so far.”

Sorry you feel this way the courier had three attempts to deliver to you and all times no one was in so they get sent back to us . As soon as they come back we will give you a refund for the products only.

“I ordered 190 sparklers 6 days prior to my wedding and they never arrived.I chased them up with a email and no reply .The money has been taken from my account and still no goods 3 wks and still waiting to hear back as no sparklers”

“just before midnight on New Year's Eve, we walked up the hill and lit the sparklers in darkest Sussex. It was a highlight of a lovely evening - and we felt like children again! We are all in our sixties ... ah well!”

“We put an order in for New Year's Eve and it still had not received it by the 9th of January, we emailed them with no response they took payment even though we had not got the goods. Not good service”
