“Had a terribly experience with them They sold me a windows 2019 and send me a doggy key code.The code didn't work and when I contacted Microsoft they confirm the code had expired. I send them messages they replied and you can't contact then on phone. The general public should be very careful Azad”

“Ordered Office 2019 Pro., but the key provided failed to work even using the MS telephone activation - 'not a valid product' according to MS so I've wasted my money. The voicemail is always full so obviously never checked and my 'support email' which should have been answered in 10 mins is still unanswered. Softwarerepairworld is a total FRAUD and should be avoided. Will now try for a refund from Mastercard.”

“I purchased a package called Dragon a few months ago. After around 1 month it kept stopping an throwing me out. Reloaded and tried everything else (also got our IT involved) but no luck. Have sent numerous emails but never had any reply. As per previous message stay clear of buying from this company.”

“My Windows 10 PC stopped booting up leaving me with a black screen. I purchased a so called repair kit which was supposed to reinstall Windows. I tried many times following the instructions in the so called manual (a sheet of A4 paper) with no success. Eventually I emailed using their 'contact us' service. I'm still waiting for a reply. I believe I was fooled by what appeared to be good reviews. I would advise against purchasing from this company.”

“I bought MAC OSX Mountain Lion from this company. Delivery was swift and outwardly professional. When I loaded the CD, it would not work despite following the instructions sent with the CD. I called the Company and was sent straight through to voicemail where I was told their box was full and would not accept more messages. Not a good sign! I wrote and received a response asking me to furnish more details. I did this. Heard nothing. I chased it up. No response. I tried calling again. Voicemail full again! I wrote twice more. No response. They are either selling s/w they know does not work in order to scam money off people or, if genuine, have not got a clue about customer service or are not interested in bothering. Either way I would avoid these people based on my experience.”

“is days that I write or call them but without a real help. I bought I key for office lifetime but after one month is not working anymore very bad customer service phone is not even work I think to call the bank to ask for refund. I sent them a picture also.”

“My computer has start glitching and dose not open any windows, I bough Windows 8 Bundle with fast delivery and get my order in next day. Now my computer flying as new and with fresh drivers. Now I'm not worries, if some thing happen again, I will back to Softwarerepairworld and I'm sure for 100% they will help me to resolve all issues. Thank you so much, you are my heroes.”
