“I'm afraid afew things sadly. Though the clothes are lovely. But the returning of items by rebound are awful made things alot harder since the change over as not always been like this not happy I'm afraid. Kind regards. And have now made me think ill not be ordering anymore items no return labels in within the parcel. I had to ask my neighbour to do a returns label they were far more helpful. Also no telephone number has no made me question why it kept saying wrong number it is obviously not in use anymore and you get an automated voice saying you've dialled and incorrect number i hadn't at all. So really sorry but I'll no longer be a customer so I'll ask Pour moi how do i delete my account with you been with this company afew years i think not sure sadly gone down hill. And was told not to send too many emails kindly i understand to a point. Delivery is fine not the issue.”

“They never credit the account . I had to ask them. Still is not credited . Waiting and waiting no one cares. I am I Canada and it is terrible. The quality was bad and the service is horrible. I regretted to place the order.”

“One of my swimsuits I’ve worn 5-6 times has disintegrated. Your customer service isn’t interested even though I’ve been a loyal customer! 😢 disappointing is an understatement”

“Returned a dress & PourMoi are saying they have no knowledge of the return. I did it in my account online. I remember doing it. After discussing it with customer service I've also been mysteriously locked out my account. I've tried password re-set & I'm not getting the email to able me to get back in - Which speaks volumes. Clearly there's an issue with my account and they owe me £30 for a dress I have returned. I feel like I've been scammed.”

“I tried to place an order online for a bikini and for whatever reason it would not go through! It gave me no reason to why it wouldn’t go through. Call customer service it’s a recording you can’t get a hold of anyone! Sent numerous emails asking them to pull up my information and help me process it . Lol! I won’t be ordering from this company it doesn’t no customer service comes first!”

“Ordered swimsuit for my wife - it never arrived. I was told they couldn’t deliver to my house and tried multiple times. They checked address to make sure it was correct. Couldn’t deliver for whatever reason. So they refunded money except they shorted me. What was their response? A discount on a future order. I asked them why I would order something else that they can’t deliver and then short me my refund. They haven’t responded. The reason they originally said they couldn’t deliver because someone has to sign for it. Why on earth would someone need to sign for a swimsuit. Only problem with this - the 3 times they said they attempted we were all three times. They left the note in our mailbox on our street. We get multiple shipments and have never had a problem. So I went to tons of trouble to lose money and get a discount code to order something they won’t deliver. Stay away - terrible customer service”

“I've lost a bit of weight and really needed a new fitting. I wasn't sure what to expect with a virtual fitting but it was a really positive experience. Hannah is really knowledge and so so helpful with suggestions on the type of fittings i should be looking at. The best part of the experience for me was the recommendations, it meant that i could go straight to the items that suited me without fretting over how i was going to find a plunge or tear drop fit. I'll definitely be using the service again.”

“They have overcharged me! THEN denied it!! Then asked me to contact a third party called Klarna claiming the overcharge was not from their end and they can't even see it. I am still waiting on my refund. It's been almost a month and no one is taking responsibility. I used to be a pour moi loyal customer but today I regret opening that webpage in the first place. Buyer beware.”

“The sizing and pricing of Pour Moi is the best I've found for Sports Bras! I'm a size 34F and stuggle to find sports bras that support me without making me feel like my ribcage is going to cave in! I cannot recommend them enough and will be shopping with them again for normal bras as well as sports.”

“Delivery was great. Swimming costume arrived within a few days and was lovely. Unfortunately within a short time of wearing it on holiday, the under wire poked through the material. When we got back home I contacted Pourmoi customer services by email and got a instant reply. Sam was fantastic and offered me either a replacement, refund or credit note. Great customer service from Pourmoi and Sam!!”
