“Very good value although a second, more experienced technician had to come back to fit our tricky oven door. This was all dealt with swiftly and the office was extremely efficient and pleasant.”

“I was very happy with the finished job and the oven looked brand new afterwards. My only complaint is that I expected the top oven (grill) to be done as well. It wasn’t made clear in the initial consultation that I had to specify ‘double oven’ for the top part of the oven to be additionally cleaned. I was told the options were oven, stove top and fans. I went for the full package not thinking to check whether the grill was included in the oven as a whole. So overall, could have been better!”
