“Some of the products are absolutely fantastic, and it's a great way to discover new healthy snacks. However, I would have liked some opportunity to control what was in my boxes (I was sent olives twice in a row, and I can't eat olives!) I also thought it was quite expensive - especially when there were some snacks (like the olives) that went straight in the bin.”

“I liked the majority of the snacks in the box and it was good to try new things, There could have been a bit more variety in that several of the items in my box contained the same nut i.e. almonds. It would be good if your boxes fitted through a normal letterbox. Perhaps consider introducing a smaller, cheaper box that fits through a normal letterbox.”

“The box is great - lots of variety and all of it very tasty. My only tiny gripe is that there's no way to strike certain products off the list if, for example, you're allergic to them. Still, this drawback does keep my husband in donated snacks!”

“I have enjoyed the Saviour snacks and there is a nice variety of snacks to try but I was supposed to have 2 packs of wasabi peas in my second box and only received one.”

“I am one of those people that is gluten free. However, I only went gluten free about 6/7 years ago and can therefore remember what all the lovely cakes and things taste like. I therefore jump on any gluten free item with both hands and the gluten free Saviour Box does not disappoint, It means I can discover new gluten free products without trawling shops or the internet and, if I bought each item individually, it would cost a great deal more than the box subscription price. All the items are great quality products and always provides something for the 4pm slump. Several colleagues have been eyeing this week's box with envious eyes... In summary, I get great, varied and numerous products for a great price without the hassle. Would definitely recommend.”

“Everything is tasty and I really appreciate that the little e-mails for feedback on how I liked the snacks actually inform what I will receive on the box next time so I don't get repeats of snacks I don't like. I've really enjoyed the variety and quality of snacks!”

“I receive the Super Skinny Box on a monthly subscription, my first two boxes were great, third box was ok but gave a few things away as I did not like certain snacks. Hoping my third box will be good also.”

“Ordered these on a rolling subscription.... cancelled after the 2nd one. Seriously, the variety is very poor! Everything seemed to have the same taste, the 1st box was identical to the 2nd, and they are expensive! If you're looking for a serious snack variety, try elsewhere. Not recommended at all. Very poor :(”

“I ordered this having got a code online for a reduced box. My first problem is that, although the box makes it clear the products that contain nuts, a large proportion of the box does contain nut items, which means that I had to give almost half of the products to my partner to eat as I am allergic. It also contained some fruit based bars which tasted foul and I binned after a mouthful - most tasted like slightly fruity sugar. Finally, although I paid less than £5 for the box, I felt this too expensive. I certainly would not pay the full amount for this box. I stopped buying Graze boxes as I considered them expensive, but they are certainly better value, with more choice, and an ability to go through and pick the sort of items you would like, or to ban other items. The only positives are that the OhSo chocolate was delicious and the packaging was nice. That said, I understand that you may have to reuse the packaging for a few more deliveries before you get a new box, which makes it even poorer value. Sadly, although the idea is good, I certainly would not buy again unless some changes were made to the process - sorry!”

“I love the fact that Saviour Snacks do all the hard work for you. Its difficult finding good healthy snacks and especially when you haven't got time to do much research finding out about what snacks to eat, it just takes the fun out of snacking healthy, so you tend to just go and eat the bad stuff. Saviour Snacks are great they taste amazing and you get to try lots of new things that you might haven't seen before. Its great way to discover healthy delicious snacks.”

“Unfortunately, your checkout process was a bit of a disaster, the discount code I was given didn’t work (despite you apparently fixing it) and I had to go through the entire process several times with different codes before successfully completing the transaction. I also wasn't very impressed that you took payment several days before despatching my first box (a whole week before I received it). Subsequently, this meant you had already taken full payment for my second box before I had even received the first one and I was unable to sample a box before committing to weekly deliveries. In other words, to have received just one box as an introductory offer, I would have had to cancel my subscription two days before receiving the first box. I won't be continuing with the boxes as I don't think they are good value for money compared to similar schemes including Graze which I will be sticking with. Perhaps you should consider taking payment on the date of dispatch and a more reasonable cancellation policy if you actually want to keep the goodwill and business of potential customers.”
