Sort out the new banking app it's driving us mad two trips to the branch to get it id opened WHY ....

Customer Services Failure I have been with Santander for many years, and it wasn't until I recently had a bad experience with them that I came to check out other reviews and then realised how bad their customer services are. Recently whilst out of the country for 3 months £311.00 was removed from my account by what they call "Future Dated Payment" I had paid for home insurance with my visa card and the company concerned "One Call Insurance" tied me in without my consent to annual payments. The next year I took out a policy with another company and whilst out of the country discovered that Santander had paid out this £311 to the first company without my consent. On contacting Santander I realised they could not care less, the attitude was "hard luck you sort it out, your problem" Whilst communicating with them I became very aware that they had encountered many similar issues before and had failed to address those issues or warn customers of those issues or consult and ask if the payment was consensual. I took their advice and recovered my money myself and in taking Santander to court recovered all outlaying costs myself. Goodbye Santander Hello TSB

Shitter of a bank! Everyone avoid them. They cause me nothing but problems. Blocking my account for a payment I made to my mother. Ridiculous

Santander are increasing their interest by 5%, from 18.9% to an eye- watering 23.9%! This is at a time when their CEO is being paid £2250 per hour. Don't get ripped off. Avoid them.

Don't use this bank if you transfer money thy will block your card for order 64hrs and thy don't care if you need food or water or even pay bills is behind a joke had my account blocked for over 64hrs now and thy had all the information thy need to unblock if is a joke f this company

Santander in peckham avoid at all costs as they threatened me and keep harassing me to delete my reviews ive made on google and it was honest review as a company this is unprofessional as they constantly call me off private number. The lady was very rude and had very bad attitude and refused to help and i had to get the manager and this happened whilst i was on phone call with a lady working for santander and she was my witness and reported it on my behalf.

Santander voice ID DOES NOT WORK. It is letting anybody with my regional accent access my telephone banking and check balances etc. AT SANTANDER MY VOICE IS MY PASSWORD IS A JOKE. Try it guys you will see.

Bank suxx broke my knee couldn't walk or walk took my car when I called to get my car back they wanted it in full will never do business with them again I tell everyone how bad they are I wish they would leave jrz just a matter of time

I keep paying and paying they keep given me the run around one guy told me one thing I payed that come to find out he was laying yes they do work with you but them people you can’t trust they lie now I keep seeing the money Anit going no where

I tried to make a withdrawal for 150,000 pesos from the Santander ATM but no money came out of the machine. When I checked my bank account I found the money had been withdrawn from my account. I went inside the bank and told the staff what happened but they didn't help me. They told me to contact my own bank. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING Santander ATMs.

They blocked my account then I was told they was shutting my account in 30 days sent my id documents 2 days later not heard anything can't access my funds can't go on my online banking or mobile banking customer service are rude and not helpful at all

Almost one year later and Santander have still not fulfilled their T&Cs – I’m still owed a £50 voucher for an ISA transfer over to them. I have followed this up with them multiple times with still no luck in them fulfilling their obligations. The time and effort involved is not worth the £50 I am trying to retrieve. They also make it incredibly difficult to contact them – no option of an email. Instead you have to wait a stupid amount of time to be connected to someone on the phone. You have to go through a ridiculous automated process and just try your luck to get connected to an actual human being. I will move my ISA next month and never bank with Santander again

Never used my card yet but I was blocked from mobile and online banking and are not able to resolve the issue after keeping you over the phone for several hours. Will need you to waste your time going to the bank to bring documents

Really poor service.Their ATM machine INSIDE the branch never gave me my money,even though I received a slip saying my transaction was denied,they debited my account with a significant amount of cash.It took 3 weeks to resolve and I was out of pocket.AVOID THIS BANK!!!
