I would give this zero stars if possible! I contacted Safestyle in January to report a faulty window in my soon to be new borns room. I was given a date 6 weeks later, to which I accepted and as I work shifts I booked this day as annual leave to accommodate. I got a phone call less than a week before the appointment to be told that due to sickness they would not be attending the appointment and gave me an appointment the following week which I told them was unsuitable. Even though I stated it was unsuitable it was booked anyway! I have been trying to contact Safestyle on several occasions getting the same response back, terrible customer service. They refused to give me an option of dates to work around and I refused to book another annual leave day. When I stated I was going to go to an external supplier that would accommodate me on a weekend of evening I was told that this would invalidate my warranty. But I am unsure how I can get my window fixed in time for my new arrival now! I have made several complaints which have not been taken seriously and have not been contacted regarding this. I would never use this company again.

Absolute shocking !!! We’ve had all our windows and front door replaced. They’ve had to come back three times to change our door and it’s still not sealing properly, rang them several times and they aren’t interested. The quality of the windows are shocking and don’t close properly. I wish we had never gone with such a rubbish company. Absolutely disgusting from start to finish and would not recommend. Stay away and don’t go with these as the fitters they use are cowboys and the material they use are as cheap as chips !!! DONT USE!!!!!

Scratches, not painted properly, poor customer service, no show on appointment to correct. Wish I'd read reviews before using this company

Absolutely disgusting workmanship do not honour their guarantee I hove contacted this company twice a week since November 2021 to come a fix The broblem Managed Twice to get their installation men to look at the problem And they both agree the whole door needs replacing because of the leek If I manage to get in touch with a manager they assure me that they. Will mark It urgent but I have spoken to 15 different people I have all their names but They just fob me off . The leak caused my wood floor to expand leading To it having to be replace Do not use this company.

We had are windows and doors fitted 11/01/23 still not finished drafts and faults .Damage to my furniture and still no one wants to put it right .

I got my front composite door fitted on 6th December22. Door was not according to the design. Name of house was missing in glass of the door. I called customer services and they gave me date of 22 nd December someone wj come and change the glass. I was waiting whole day, no one came neither anyone call to apologise. In meanwhile we found out the door had hole so every time it rains water comes inside the porce. I called customer service and mention them about water. They promise their Warrington warehouse will call me with date to fix both problem. It’s 19th Feb and I am calling them every week and customer service giving me same excuse someone will call me to fix the door but until now I have not received any phone call or dates. Only person I could call is customer services they would not give name or number for anyone else that I could execalate my problem. Very unprofessional and very bad company. Please don’t waste your money with this company.

I ordered windows Wednesday 8th February but due to unforeseen circumstances on Sunday 12th I canceled the windows I paid £2469 deposit but they have not refunded my deposit it states in their notice of your rights to cancel that you can cancel within 7 calendar days which I did. It took them 2 minutes to take my deposit but No refund yet

Just talked to one of your call centre, who has just lost your company around £25000 worth of business. Was returning a call, not knowing which company had called, and when I said my wife has already talked to him, he was insistent of my name and details. I said don’t worry as my wife has already talked and he then proceeded to be rude and abusive. As I said he has just lost your company £25000 ish! What an idiot eh? Sure the MD would be chuffed with you! No loss for me. Goodbye!

Reading the reviews from genuine customer, ive had a lucky escape there should be a law banning this cowbois, its ok to complain about this shower but why complain now you should have done your homework and give them a wide berth as that is exactly what i have done

I called Safestyle for a quote for new windows. A salesman was sent out, and arrived on time. Seemed like a very nice chap. He was here for over two hours, (it's only a 4 bed house). He then fed all the info into his tablet and gave me a price of £20,000 (just over). I laughed. He then said, he could give me a discount of 30%, so it came down to just over £14,000. I laughed again. Then by sheer chance (as if) his "manager" called, and he was given the go ahead to give us another discount. The final price came out at £9,100, which still seems high. I told him I had another coming in, (true) and would let him know our decision. My decision was that I'm not going to do business with a company that can be this weird with their sales technique. If the price is £9k, quote me £9k. Frankly the whole experience was uncomfortable. And they've tried to call me 3 times since, I've not replied. Next time I will, and will be telling the bluntly to leave me alone.

Original fit date April 2021. Date of review Feb 2023 Had problems on the day of installation (french doors & kitchen window installed), too many to mention, but ranged from getting locked in/locked out, poor finishing, damaged frame, ants coming in under frame, draughts etc etc. over the course of the 2 years we have had dozens of engineer visits, phone calls, emails etc. We have had 3 complete re-installations, after they confirmed that the first two were bodged. The surveyor mis-measured but instead of doing the right thing and owning up, the fitters hacked the frame down to fit the hole. The 2nd installation they did the same. After 3rd installation supposedly correct installation we are still left with gaps around the doors letting in draughts. We also have draughts coming in through and around the keyholes. There are other minor issues that don’t look like they will get resolved either. We have been consistently lied to throughout, and are still trying to get this resolved but engineer visits are about 8 week wait. Even more difficult when you have to request certain engineers do not return to your property! I got told the entire midlands area had just 2 engineers!! Customer service is non existent, we have a dedicated complaints handler who never gets back to you unless you chase things. Now moving forward with further action, as we have no other choice.

Had someone come and measure the windows, and speak about our options. The guy was friendly and took note of our opinions and what we had been looking for. HOWEVER, the following morning we received a phone call from one of the company's branches asking how we felt about it all, we told them we would be wanting to wait a little while to save some funds so that we wouldn't have to enter a 10-year contract. Upon saying this the guy huffed and hung up, throwing his toys out of the pram. Not even waiting to hear what else we wanted to say. Definitely the WORSE phone call I've had with a company

AVOID THIS COMPANY Contract number: 1512835 Had French doors fitted 4 months ago costing £2700. One quite literally fell off the hinges and the screws snapped in the frame. Weight of the door is too much for the hinge / screws. Called for help and no one will call me back or repair my door. Manager avoiding me and wont take my call or return it re my official complaint - (Michelle Marshall). Complaints policy says 72 hours for a response yet I am a week later and have heard nothing. Call centre have no authority to authorise the repair either and when I insisted they speak to the manager she advised she was 'too busy' and the adviser needs to 'get on with the call'. Called another company who came out and advised that the hinge failed and the 'stay bar' is intact therefore should be covered under warranty. AVOID

I placed my order for windows and doors in july still waiting for the installation to be completed... window hinges damaged .... too much of draft from the windows.... doors 4 times delivered wrong doors and frames cowboy fitters who do more damage than repair.... worst decision to choose safe style.... my advice change your company name unsafe and no style... so furious try calling multiple times and all the answer I get is the manager will give me a call from the installation department but seems like they don't have any management as after a call every single day.... yet no call back from the manager from the installation department... how can you expect the house to warm up when the newly installed windows are soo drafty and with damaged hinges

I had a man come out in November because all my windows in my bungalow and conservatory have blown, he had a look and because they were not bad on the day he came he got in touch with head office. They said they would need to come back again when they could see for themselves how bad they were. He told me to ring when they were bad and someone would come out straight away. I have rang twice since then and all i get is an answer machine and nobody gets back in touch with me. Very disappointed.

Very pressured. Salesman was more interested in his window. It was a window for goodness sake. Salesman pressurised for £2k deposit. Took 8days to get deposit back. Went with local firm. Less than half and they never pushed us.Stay away from this firm.

I have been waiting a year for safestyle to fix my bay windows. On the safestyle chat last Christmas I mentioned that I can hear every car going by and the room is drafty. The safestyle support assured me my window should not be like that. I made an appoint for safestyle to assess the windows. They confirmed that they were badly installed and recommended a replacement. Since then repair staff have turned up looked at the job and said they have been told all that was needed was trim. The company has cancelled three appointments in a row. I sit in the cold all day trying to work. I have to prove that the windows are costing me money in raised heating bills even thought their own staff have written reports that the window are sub-standard. I requested a Subject Access Reqest last month waited 30 days rang today they don't know what happened to it and I will have to request another. This is customer care I am still waiting for the care.

I had a new front door and french doors installed on the 26th October. Since then they have had to come back twice, once for the front door and once for the french doors. Today I can't open the french doors. This means I can't access my bins, my side access as the gate is locked for security, nor can I pick up the parcels left. I called them today and was informed, in no uncertain terms no one can come until the 19th January, but they would put me on their 'cancellation list'. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely horrendous after sales. Completely uninterested in fixing their mistakes or rectifying their poor craftsmanship. Had a window damaged on installation by the fitters (who were actually lovely and professional) and was told it would be replaced within 2 weeks. 8 weeks later and still waiting for an update to when the new window will be fitted. Spoke to multiple members of staff from multiple different departments and told the earliest they could replace it would be the end of January. (over 12 weeks from installation) No care in the world for the fact the crack in the window is allowing cold air into the main room in our house. Rebecca from Post installation told me there is nothing they can do unfortunatly and that's the earliest they could offer a replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC, DISHONEST, OVERPRICED, POOR-QUALITY COMPANY!
