“Brilliant all round service. They were willing to go above and beyond to meet our wishes and then some, especially due to the weather. Nothing was too much from the extended photo shoot in the bus to arranging better parking at the venue.”

“Routemaster Hire were a joy to work with up to and including the wedding day. The bus was beautiful and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the journey and the cold prosecco after an hour in the sun taking photos. Fantastic customer service, too! Thank you :-)”

“Booked the bus to bring some clients into central London. The bus arrived on time and was very nice inside. Jennie was very helpful and had allowed us to deliver beer in advance, which she kindly served to boarding travelers. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Our international guests loved the novelty of travelling on an old iconic red bus!”

“Jannie and the company where fabulous on our wedding day! Our guests were really happy with the unique form of transport we put on for them, the bus look great and was in excellent condition. The whole service provided outstanding - Jannie called the day before to check in and confirm all details which really put my mind at ease, they then arrived promptly on the day to pick us up and made no fuss when I kept everyone waiting! I would differently recommend this company :)”

“We used 2 buses from RouteMaster on our wedding day to take our guests from our ceremony to our reception. Both drivers were very friendly, polite and helpful. Jenny was extremely helpful and friendly. We pre ordered champagne to be delivered them ahead of the big day and they took care of the flutes and giving them out to our guests on the buses. The buses arrived on time and there were no problems what so ever. We were very happy with their services. Thank you”

“Jennie and her team were fantastic. Booking the bus was simple and on the day Roger the driver was super and drove well. Lucy, the blue badge guide that Routemaster Hire organised was so engaging and knowledgeable. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Definitely, will recommend them to everyone looking to hire a bus and tour London.”

“RouteMaster Hire were wonderful! I used them for my clients wedding and they were very professional and helpful during the booking process. Jennie was always very quick to respond to any questions. On the day itself the bus was on time, clean and with a cheerful driver and conductor. The guests were from overseas, so it was a real treat for them to travel on a vintage London bus. I will not hesitate to use RoteMaster Hire again in the future.”
