“Never received my order. There is no way to contact them to check status. Was given an order number and estimated delivery date. But when I go on to check status says not shipped. Would not recommend.”

Second, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my order. she did everything but cancel my order, after repeatedly asking her to do so. Even insulted me. So when my order comes I am going to refuse it and it'll go back to them wherever it comes from and I want my money back.”
“The worst, cheapest quality clothes out there. Clothes are badly made, the material is so flimsy they are all see through. I ordered a few times but had to return most of them because of low quality. Won't order again. The last time they didn't refund me as the post lost my package and the customer bears the cost of that.

I ordered a beautiful coat awhile ago and upon receipt found it had snap closures instead of buttons no problem but one snap was missing I notified them and they offered a 20% refund for me to keep it abd drive an hour out of my way to purchase snap closures and repair it myself they offer no valid return address because the adress could not be found and customer service was rude,
Whish I had checked BBB 1st they have a long list of complaints against this company.”
“I have never had a problem with Rosewe , but may I suggest if an item is out of stock can you guys just refund the customer back their funds . Not a store credit . I wasn’t notified that my item wasn’t in stock .”
“The dress is beautiful. I love the colour and the material. The feel of the material is so nice and soft. The only problem about the dress is that I should have ordered an L, instead of XL. It was bit too long at the back.
I wore this dress to a wedding anyway, and had many comments of how nice I looked.”
