Good evening. Thank you for your feedback, we have recently reviewed our postage and removed many options that confused things. We now just have our main DPD Next Working Day for £5.99 which is the same rate we get charged and Royal Mail Tracked which is £3.50. Orders over £60 are eligible for free delivery. “Service has improved noticabley. I have have had some challenges with Rifles Direct in the past, but have been very impressed with how they have sought to rectify issues and provide better service/product. I hope to raise my "rating" in the future.”

“Recently I ordered two Tee shirts in size 3xl. I got xl. Now this may very well have been my error. Also the shirts had Rifles Direct on the back which I was not aware of. I did not send them back because the actually do fit albeit somewhat small and the hassle is not worth the effort/cost. Having said that, I will be ordering in the future, I do like your site. Thanks.”

“Great webpage easily navigable. But my main issue is for delivery it doesn’t state if you order on Sunday next day delivery won’t arrive the Monday”

“I wanted to get more items but everything I wanted was sold out. It looked like more was out of stock then in. Apart from that web site was easy to navigate and very quick with delivery on my order”

“Your site no longer appeals to the Rifleman who remains loyal to his former Regiment and wants to stay in touch by buying gifts. Your website (in my humble opinion), no longer appeals to the average Rifleman. How many of us wish to purchase officers uniforms or equipment.? Rifleman Chris Jones KRRC”

Dear Rifleman. Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for ideas on new products to add and have added a lot of field equipment recently based on feedback received. We provide a range of field equipment and combat gear, as well as the uniform items to cover Riflemen to Officers. We also provide a share of the sales back to Battalions which gets used for sports events, occasions and benevolence activities.
