I'm qualified ACCA accountant with an extensive experience in financial and management accounting also have experience in the tax planning. I'm finding Reeds so rigid abd only one response since last 15 years. Just waste of time. They don't arrange interviews with the potential employers. And also Reeds don't provide any feedback that why the application has been rejected.”

“My son went into the Sheffield office after University for his first job. It was like Fort Knox - they didn't want to let him in without an appointment. They finally admitted him, lots of people typing away on computers and one very reluctant and unwelcoming person who more or less told him to go away, although he was very keen and polite and willing to listen. They really are only interested in earning a commission, and nothing else.”

“The online course was a pain in the ass to keep getting back onto. Wouldnt accept password and had to keep emailing them and asking wtf .. They said the certificate was free.,hard copy or PDF which is a total lie . It isnt . Dont sa iits free when it isnt. Big no from me wouldnt recommend to anyone. Now they are wanting £21.99 for the PDF or £35 print out copy of certificate..really...wtf”

“Completely useless. Staff often not vetted much at all, judging by the way they employ someone who thinks least is spelt list... and doesn't know how e mails work either.... that person is actually OK, just not trained to know anything whatsoever... I feel really sorry for that person, doing more than they ever expected just to try to help me, but I'm sure while the Co workers want to be decent, the big bosses don't. Heard they got done for tax evasion.”
“I booked and paid for a Hygiene course 2 weeks ago and still (Despite two complaints directly to the Reed web site!!) have not received log in details for the course which I was advised would take 48 HRS or less!!!”
