“They didn’t have the peptides in stock and six weeks later I was still waiting so I asked for a refund. Then they dragged their feet on that. They could at least be upfront on wait times. My non peptide item did arrive fast so maybe if you stay away from peptides your experience will be different. Their email customer service is very responsive but is trained to get you to accept giving them extra time with many colorful excuses and promises of the items coming next week.”

“Have been taking EternaPeptix A-3 Blood Vessel Peptide Bioregulator with Ventfort for last 7 days so far. I really can’t tell anything that i am noticing in terms of health or fitness yet , one thing - i feel lighter . Definitely not experiencing any side effects from it. I m already healthy but want to keep it that way for future. I learned that one should start with blood vessel peptides first then progress on to pineal and thymus peptides for sustaining health and longevity. So planing to take pineal and thymus next.”

“Zoiben saved my life! There aren’t words to describe my appreciation for this product. They gave me my life back! “First time ordering for this company couldn't be more disappointed. Order on January 17 waited for my order. Nothing came finally I reached out apparently it was in back order. No where in the website did it say it was in back order. Asked for a refund and that also has been an issue. March 4 & waiting for an update on my refund.”

“Do not buy anything from QI Supplements - within 5 days is a lie. "Realistically we are looking at 3 weeks to resume shipping backorders, but they should be coming in really fast, so we're hoping in 3 weeks we should be 100% caught up." I asked for a refund.”

“I am giving this company a one because there is no zero. I placed an order over two months ago. Emailed them twice about it and receive the sabe excuse, “we are behind on orders due to shipping blah blah blah” the order was about $145. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company”

“Do not buy from this company!! They are a scram!!! I purchased $95 product and it came in half empty. I reached out to customer service and all they offered me was 10% discount. I told them i was not happy with that and that im a returning loyal customer. They escalated it to a management within a few minutes customer service came back and said all they can do is give me $25 refund. I asked for a new bottle of the product to replace what came in almost empty and they denied me. What terrible service this company has. I will never purchase here again and will make sure I spread the word. Very disappointed!”

“The product is good. I appreciated your help in tracking it. It took two weeks to get it, which is no reflection on you. It, somehow, got stranded in Seattle. Even the tracking system was down. It was a time of major snow across the country, so, I can accept that reason for challenges with the Post Ofc. delivery. Thx. for keeping this product available for those of us who prefer doing things naturally. 💃🏻🙂”
