“Ordered two cartridges from Printer Basics at a tiny fraction of the rip off prices of the original printer manufacturer and they arrived promptly. Cannot comment on the 'longevity' of the recent purchases as yet, but previous purchases from this company lasted just as long as the ridiculously over-priced originals.”

Thank you for your review. Occasionally with third party ink cartridges, the ink levels do not always show the correct levels. I will send you a further email to you to explain this in more detail and hopefully we can resolve this issue. Kindest regards, Hannah

“Ink I was sent was wrong and not compatible with my hp envy 5010 printer. Had to buy another lot, the genuine stuff, for my make and model of printer. I guess the moral of the story is, you should always buy the real thing and check it’s right before throwing away the paperwork.”

On this occasion you have ordered the 301xl cartridges and your printer takes the 304xl cartridges. I have sent your details on how to return these to us for a refund by email this morning. “sent me incorrect cartridges that did not fit my printer and ignored my email I sent them asking for help to resolve issue. I will never use these again and would suggest you do not either.”

“Ran out off black ink and I could not afford the prices I seen advertised. I came across this and at a Great price, ordered waited a while but as it was not quite in UK. Well it came and it works good Will order again soon in near future”

“The wrong ink cartidges were sent despite clear instructions as to what was wanted. It cost me £3 to return the incorrect ones before eventually receiving the correct ones. Not impressed at all at the service !”

I am very sorry to say you had ordered incorrect but we have refunded you for this order.
