"Tracking doesn't work, received no message or email of dispatch, my package was lost for days and customer service were completely unorganised. I was told by different people that the package was being redelivered and waited for two days only to find out on the 4th day (delivery was supposed to arrive Friday before noon- package was found on Tuesday) that it was left in an express shop. No one has offered any refund for the price I paid for delivery up to 12pm. Absolutely horrible service, would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional service!"

"Good print - Bad customer service. Was talked over something step by step on the phone only to be told it won't turn up on time due to the delivery option. When I called they did not care. Shame!!!"

"Cards we ordered with artwork on front. Quality appalling and no response to feedback from email send. Asked for no Borders and still send with borders on some cards. Ordering the cards was already a lots of hassle with staff seemingly not knowing what they were doing."
