“Hi, My order arrived with vanilla protein powder everywhere in the box !!!! After tidying the box and having a considerable amount of protein lost. I opened up the strawberry protein powder and was unable to shut it due to your poor standard push close system. Most of your bag do shut but it's pretty annoying when they don't and this has happened too often!!! Then your drink container works, but who wants to mess about with a metal spring ? They keep closing case without any contact!!!! Been buying them for year and had no problem till now. Basically they have No customer care 😕 will not buy from them again 🙄”

“I ordered Kaged electrolites for the first time form the Predator Nutrition site. I did not receive immediately an email confirmation and called their office. The person who handled the call was very polite and helpful - he quickly checked my order and assured me that I was going to receive an email, once the order was with the courier company. Later that day I received an email from Esri who were informing me that my order was to be dispatched shortly.
I placed my order on Friday morning and it was withe me by Saturday, although I selected up to 3 working days.

I was suspicious when they had every flavour in stock when nobody else did but the reviews were good, so I gave it a go.
The consistency of the powder and packaging looked different upon receiving and can confirm a complete fake product with barely any effect at all. AVOID”

Even the proof of delivery picture shows my front door closed, proving that all they did was dump my package and run. Never received the package, it was stolen by someone walking down the street. Under the consumer rights act 2015 the retailer is responsible to put this matter right. Big surprise the remedial idiot's at Predator Nutrition are now ignoring my emails. Buy at your own risk!”

I bought £100 worth of supplements. One of them was 400gr Muscletech Creatine. They sent 200gr Creatine. I contacted them with the invoice showing that I purchased the 400gr product; however, they hadn't tried to cover their mistake and didn't do anything at all. In the end, I paid for 400gr creatine but received half of it. Do not order from these scammers.”
