“I have been frequently using PlayerUp to buy premium accounts for over a year as an undoubtedly satisfied buyer. The website though initially started as a secure place to trade gaming accounts, at present they hold one of the most diverse product catalog in their website. From social-media accounts, gaming accounts, streaming accounts, e-commerce accounts, you name it and they have a category for it. In the past, I wanted to purchase a few accounts which were not available in their website and I suggested them to add it to their trading section, and THEY DID! They have a section for suggestions, where their team constantly heeds recommendations from their own users and then they implement it on their own website. I mean who does that? That is something that all other marketplaces should follow, as it helps the website to be more dynamic and user-friendly. The reason PlayerUp is always my first choice to purchase any account is their security. PlayerUp is one of the most secure Player2Player marketplace, where every transaction is handled through a 3-way escrow channel. Every trade between the Buyer and the Seller is supervised by a Middleman from the beginning to the end. This escrow transactions provides 100% security and helps in totally eliminating the chances of an online fraud. In other marketplaces where you can never know what you are purchasing before risking your money, PlayerUp gives you a peace of mind, because until a Buyer is satisfied with the trade, the Seller never gets a hold of the money and it stays secure with the Middleman. At any point of the trade, if the Buyer feels cheated, they can cancel the trade and get a refund. Even after a trade is completed, the Buyer can still raise concern, or raise a dispute. Overall, as a Buyer, I have never left a trade with dissatisfaction, as the support team is always there to make sure the online trade does not turn into an online scam. There are times when getting a response from the support may take a little while, but at the end of the day, it would be worth the wait. At a time when online fraud is prevailing everywhere, for a buyer the most crucial element of a trade is the security. And that is what PlayerUp is best at, as it is 100% scam-free and most secure trading platform out there. PlayerUp is dedicated to curb online fraud and that is what every other marketplace should focus on from a buyer's perspective. I would certainly recommend it all those buyers who are not willing to risk their money and want to get what they pay for.”

“Complete scam, do not sell your game accounts here through the middleman service. In the past i successfully sold an account here but recently i tried selling again through the middleman service and I got scammed. The buyer made the payment and since then the middleman and the support on the website stopped answering me, it's been 2 months now but there is still no way to contact them. DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!”

“LE: I'll start this review with my second experience: In less then one hour bought the item I wanted with the store credit playerup offered me from my not so great first experience. Process started in less then 30 minutes after I submited the buy form. Seller delivered in ~ 15 minutes ... checked and secured the account in another 10 minutes and that was it. It actually made me trust playerup again and I will use them in the future. Based on my second experience i'll rate 5 with the mention that if they have a super busy period they can have big delays and if you are on your first playerup purchase ( like i was on my first experience ) you can get frustrated or anxious. Original post: My first experience: 1. Created an account and tried to pay an item through paypal. Always redirected me to authorize.net to input my credit card info even if I selected paypal everytime. Gave up. 2. [ 19.04.2024 at 13:21 ] Bought store credit in the exact amount of the item I wanted to purchase. Paypal finished payment but authorize.net's website gave an error and the payment wasn't automatically registered by playerup. Opened a ticket right away. 3. [ 20.04.2024 at 12:49, 24 hours later ] The site responded to that issue but actually the credits appeared in my account around ~ 16:00 4. [ 20.04.2024 at 19:18 ] Submitted form to buy the item Received automated response that transaction will happen in 1 to 24 hours. 5. [ 21.04.2024 at 07:xx, 12 hours later ] The credit was deducted from my account balance. 6. [ 22.04.2024 at 09:27, more then 36 hours after I submitted the form ] Seller informs me that playerup just started selling the item to another buyer. 7. [ 22.04.2024 at 17:21, almost 48 hours after I submitted the form ] I receive mail: Pre Middleman Order Startup - Transaction ID: 98407810-90 8. [ 23.04.2024 at 04:36 ] seller informed Playerup and me on 3 way conversation that the account was sold in another transaction, on the Playerup site nonetheless 9. [ 05.02.2024 at 13:48 ] after more tickets submitted managed to refund the amount to store credit 10 [ 05.02.2024 at 14:34 ] managed to get my money back in my bank account So ... 14 days LE After speaking to Playerup about this further, it seems part of the problem was on my end which I don't fault them for. Playerup did resolve all my problems. So, the new rating will be composed of this: 5 out of 5 stars for fairness, good support 3 out of 5 stars for the delays and the lack of automation. That's a general rating of 4 out of 5 !”

“Unique platform. Quick to help out, use common sense on this platform. It is still a platform which brings 2 parties together in an safe buffer. They are not responsible for the endproduct. They do have several failsafe features which kick in and they are strict as possible to make sure the spammers and scammers don't get through that easily, the flagging system works awesome which helps out new members see what the feedback history is of a seller etc. My experience is more based as a buyer, haven't sold anything on it.”

“At first I had rather negative experience due to transferring money to a seller and waiting for a few days without response. Three days in, have not received any response, contacted MiddleMan, support of PlayerUp and they were more than helpful with providing options on how to proceed with irresponsible, unresponsive sellers. Overall, very safe platform, protects buyers from potential scammers and enables users to buy accounts or other digital goods without fear of being scammed. My advise would be to follow automated process and not worry (As I was doing initially), since even if it takes longer or any problems arises, it will get resolved.”

“Sold my game account at the beginning of April, they where very fast to contact me that e buyer wanted my account, very very fast but after the account was transfered in 2 days time they got sloooooooooooooooow, had to wait at least 3 weeks for them to ad the credits in MM account and still today waiting on the cashout wich is still pending. After several tries by me to contact them finally they send a message that they having problem with paypal so requested an invoice, send the invoice now they asking if i have another way of payment. I send another way of payment today so lets see what happens. Had to threaten them of writting a bad review and take back my account for them to respond. Anyway will revisiting this review if something changes in the future.”
