“I telephoned Pimms Headquarters because I needed to buy some jugs to take to France with short notice. Everyone at the office was fantastically helpful and made sure that the package left the building super speedy. The parcel arrived in perfect condition and the jugs and stirrers made it to the ferry and onto France for the festivities. We are introducing Pimms to all our French friends, it is very popular.”

“Item arrived, poorly packed, plastic Pimms jugs were cracked on receipt. I asked for help to resolve the issue. The request was not met. Very poor experience, would not use this site again.”

“The site crashed a few times whilst I was trying to order. I then didn't get an email confirming my order so I was unsure as to if I had infact placed an order ... I waited a few days and my parcel did arrive... Jug looked dirty on arrival.”

“The order itself took several attempts to go through as the website was not working properly. I contacted you via your Facebook page, but did not receive a response. I was not aware of the shipping or delivery times until after the order was placed. I emailed your customer service people, who did respond, but unfortunately the items did not arrive on time to present to our employee who was leaving.”

“Had a bit of a problem at check in. Needed to cancel and start again. I was then a bit worried because I was told delivery would be 10 days which would have been too late. However they were delivered within 5 days so good. Website easy to use and navigate. Great service.”

“Very disappointed and confused with the on line shopping experience. A few days ago I ordered and paid for some Pimms jugs and a few other accessories. I am living in Australia and the drop down menu for my delivery address allowed me to choose that country as a delivery option. I therefore thought you delivered to Oz although I now see from a previous comment here that probably isn't the case. The Pimms website does not state which countries you ship to, there is no delivery info at all that I can see but by having other countries in the delivery address drop down menu and not just the UK it is very misleading. My order went through and was accepted and paid for but I have received no confirmation email. I have tried contacting PImms but there is no email address on the website and the 0845 phone number is very expensive to call from Australia. I have sent 2 messages to Pimms on facebook and also requested a land line number to call to clarify my order query but have not received a response. I would really appreciate some clarity as to whether you have honoured my order as to the best of my belief you have taken my money.......? Thanks”
