“Great frame - arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Our wedding picture is now up on top of the chimney. Very good updates on postage and when it was going to be delivered too.”

“The frames are just what I wanted and look very good. They arrived extremely well packed and there were emails regarding delivery. The was one little hitch, but this was immediately rectified. Very good communication. Will use Pic Frames again.”

“Excellent frames. Good company to deal with. One reservation. Despite ticking the 'No Glazing' every time my order arrives with acrylic glass which I don't require. I have mentioned this several times but it still happens. I am assured that I am not charged for it. Also on occasion, the oak frames have a small dark knot mark which can be distracting to the balance of my picture. better selection could avoid this.”

“Received a beautiful 12 x 9" photo for Christmas from our daughter, husband and young family's photoshoot. As a non-standard size did a lot of research seeking a narrow natural wood frame. PicFrames came up tops for ease of using their custom build frame and availability of a narrow oak frame. Provided with emails at every stage of the process which was very quick and delighted with the frame. Used the Surefit guarantee, which for the minimal cost was a reassurance on my measurements. As I ordered two frames at a cost of £50 delivery was free. Highly recommend”
