“The person who took the initial call was very informative and helpful, and clearly displayed a lot of background knowledge. We had been left in a predicament by our previous supplier would had failed to honour a contract, but PHS agreed to resolve this at nominal cost and we had no hesitation taking out a new contract with them going forward. They even tolerated us amending the terms of the contract within 48 hours and immediately sent out revised papers.”

“We were looking for a firm to help us dispose of confidential documents in a secure manner and found PHS Datashred listed on the internet amongst other firms offering a similar service. After reading the information on the PHS Datashred we spoke to Dene Pennington who ran through the options and the charges with us. We booked the on-site shredding service and found the whole process very efficient and cost effective. Jack Michael Menswear”

“We have used Datashred for many years and have found them to be very efficient. Recently we have arranged for on-site shredding and found the process quick and simple. However, there have been a couple of occasions when the truck has arrived late, after our Handyman has left, although our special instruction was to always have a pre-noon collection, Would still highly recommend the company. Sharon”

“We have used datashred on a number of occasions and have always been very impressed with the service provided, from the telephone call to arrange the appointment to the truck leaving after completion of the task. On this occasion our original appointment had to be postponed due to staff illness, but a subsequent appointment was made swiftly and in a very timely fashion. Great service!”

“The whole process was very easy to book and the guys arrived on time- only comment is the truck is very noisy and a training course was interrupted for 20-30 mins while the shredding took place, will consider off site destruction in future.”

“We use both one off collections and the office 4 weekly collections. The staff are friendly and helpful when arranging the one off collections. The office colletion is always one time and the collectors are quick and friendly. Highly recommended”

“Used PHS Datashred for the first time today to carry out on-site confidential document shredding. The quality of service provided from my initial enquiry to completion of the task was excellent. Booking was easy. The driver turned up on the correct day at the correct time and dealt with the shredding efficiently. Will definately use PHS Datashred again.”

“We have used PHS Datashred for just over 12 months and have not had any problems. Account was easy to set up and price was very competitive. Since set up we have changed the number of units we hold at each branch and this has never been any problem to the PHS team, one phone call and all arranged. Pick up drivers are friendly and local branches call to confirm if any change or delay in picking up. No hesitation in recommending PHS Datashred as a safe & secure provider. Visioncall”

“The service is first class and we are pleased with the performance of collections with one proviso. The operator need to close and secure our gate when finished as there is a security issue from the time he leaves up to the time a member of our staff arrives to check and secure the gate”

“VERY GOOD SERVICE. SHREDDING VEHICLE ARRIVED ON TIME, BAGS WERE SHREDDED ON SITE BY VERY COMPETENT DRIVER AND CO - DRIVER. ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS EMAILED THE NEXT DAY.”

“I only deal with Stephen Parkin who has never once failed to provide the costs when ive requested them or missed a job when its been required to be done. I only deal with Stephen so can only base my comments on my experience with him but so far so good.”
