“Excellent! Quality of goods, really good! Service really helpful, I changed my mind on my order, the operator was really helpful, said it was easy to adjust and refunded the difference immediately. It is soooooo great to receive excellent customer service like that. Would I use them again? Without doubt! It's my mothers 70th next month and I will be making my order this week!”

“All items were delivered really quickly. I especially love the paper Xmas decorations can't wait to hang them up. Bought Hollywood themed decorations plus lifesize standee of Charlie Chaplin which was of really good print quality. Allow time incase items are out of stock if you have a date for your party! (I was lucky everything was in stock!).”

“Good promptly delivered but disappointed with customer service as I placed two orders within an hour of each other as I forgot some items off first order. I e mailed to ask to refund one delivery charge but they wouldn't oblige. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.”

We dispatched the order on Wednesday 11th, unfortunately the parcel was miss routed which unfortunately caused a 24hr delay on the order, we can see by the tracking that the order was delivered on Thursday 12th. “Delivery time excellent. Actual balloons and connectors were excellent. Was disappointed with the helium cannisters. At most each one only did about 15 balloons. Not what it said on the tin, which was 35!”

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We cannot see you have contacted prior to leaving your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you only managed to inflate 15 balloons form our 30 balloons cylinder, this is very unusual for this to happen. Did you use the sizer that came with the cylinder? If the balloons where inflated to 12” you have received the correct number of balloons from the cylinder. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience caused. James (customer service team)
