The boxes are quite overpriced for what is included, and sometimes I find the things included are not useful, maybe if they had a pick and mix type box.

Very few writting instruments, some themes are completely out of my taste (the fish month, absolutely horrendous). Notebooks, lots of them are blank or dotted paper (i know its a trend now with dotted notebooks), i like lined ones. I know its hard to please everyone. On top of it, i can see next months products all over facebook (november box it has a fox theme) and i receive emails with links to the unboxing for next month, completely spoiling the surprise. I wouldn’t give up on Papergang, not just yet. Washi tape are absolutely useless. Monthly calendar file is useless. The nicest thing from October box is the letter set, although gold, i wish a normal coloured icon, not gold, not all of us are “divas”, we are most likely nerds. Sorry, some boxes are amazing, bust most of them are just average. I DDDOOO love the idea that every 4 boxes sold a tree will be planted.
Received two boxes; beautiful artwork. Really enjoyed the little note pads and letter sets. Just a little disappointed with the variety and quality of the items. Some items were not even stationary related like the patches, but they were cute. Not worth monthly full price; better off buying the stationary you do want off their site or through different vendors. Overall lovely idea; but lacking variety.
Love receiving my papergang package. Would live more product's inside such as pencils rubbers etc but overall I eoild high recommend
Thought the first box in my subscription was fantastic (March's box). Got this month's box today and dont feel satisfied that it's good value for money. Feel like there is much to show for 15 pounds. I didnt sign up for sheets of stickers and a patch. Will give it another month and then I might consider cancelling

I've been a subscriber for a year and found the experience hit and miss. I have received all the issues, but October and November were very, very late. More than a month each. Also, my December package was very beaten up. Not enough to warrant a refund or replacement, but Canada Post should be held accountable. When I raised the issue with the company, they must of misunderstood my concern because their solution was for me to take a photo of my damaged materials before replacing. After one year subscription, you hit 75%. Not sure if that is good or bad, but I suggest more time be spent with customer's complaints and postal companies. Sheryl

I dont love each box and some items like a weekly planner get put in the box quite often. It would be nice to see more different items

A little disappointed to be honest. The box arrived all ripped so I couldn't do the craft bit. The bag is ok but a bit odd without context, I definitely won't user iron on patches and wouldn't say they're stationery. The cards are ok though not the funniest. Probably the only thing I'll use is the 'to do list pad. Hopefully next month will be better

Whilst it is a nice package to receive - I subscribed for three months - I was disappointed with my first one - I would not class it as a stationery subscription - more bits and pieces. I have no use for iron on stickers and I don't think the bag was worth 14.95 - I have Orla Kiely ones that have beautiful designs for a third of the price. I would have expected a pen or pencil to have been in each box - making it ready for use, but May's box didn't have either. Will wait and see what the next two months bring.
