“The Bouquet was decent but the delivery time was not, I placed the order for my girlfriend at 6am to ensure that they would be delivered before 8pm so she could have them for her birthday, it was almost 11pm when they were knocking on the door and waking her family out of bed to deliver”

“Thank you, I ordered a "Designers choice" bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful. I was disappointed in the timing of the delivery, however. I know there was an option to pay extra for a specific delivery time but, as it was a gift for Administrative Professionals day, I did expect that it would be delivered during business hours. She didn't actually see the flowers until the following day, which put a damper on the occassion. That being said, I will order from you again.”

“The flowers were beautiful as always, but I paid extra to have them delivered before 5pm and they weren't delivered until 7:30pm. Other than that, no complaints.”

“The flowers delivered were very different from what I ordered. I spent more than I'd planned to get something with soft colours and a clear, round vase. They sent a garish blend of red and yellow in a square red vase. Since the recipient doesn't like red, they've turned my caring gesture into a slap in the face.”

“Delivery was on time but I have to say that I was disappointed in the arrangement it had an angel statue and it was not as seen on the photo on the website as it said ! It was to be a keepsake and it is not cute for the price I payed !”

“Good delivery time and nice flowers, unfortunately flowers delivered did not match the picture in your site, neither the balloon size. The balloon in your site’s picture is really big in comparison of what we get. I added the ballon anyways, but I was expecting the one you have in the picture.”

“I have been using Ottawa Flowers for several years and they never disappoint. Recently, a box of yellow, long stem roses were arranged and sent to a special friend and she was greatly appreciative of the package. “We have been living in St. Thomas many years but still have family and friends in Ottawa. Whenever we need something sent for a special occasion, we use Ottawa Flowers and only Ottawa Flowers. They have the best staff to deal with as well as guaranteed quality. Never have we been disappointed with anything we have purchased. Keep up the great service.”
