Do not use these guys. Their 'may's be additional charges should read 'we will just charge you what we like'. My phone was not blacklisted or under contract and they wanted an extra £43.99 on top of their £14.99 advertised price which they will not refund. Please steer clear!!!!!

Do not waste your money you pay the £20 odd pound at no point does it say you will have to pay more then send you a pay now bill of £80. Shocking what a scam do not use this site

AVOID at all costs!!
Very misleading indeed, ACTUALLY 60 + POUNDs to unlock a phone
Be aware that they may charge 17.99 upfront (the cost that you think you are paying) but then demand a further 40 something pounds to actually unlock your phone
If my case nearly more than the phone was worth
I rarely write reviews but I am so annoyed that I could not let someone else fall into the same trap

Be aware, this is a genuine con. You will be asked to pay £17.99 for the unlock code. They will then send you a prompt to pay over £80 additional.

If you query a refund, an automated system responds to tell you "no".

Shameful.

CON! I don't have to state why as all the other reviews have stated what a terrible, fradulant customer journey this is! Misleading. Heo

They charge you an unlocking fee (+ VAT which wasn't mentioned anywhere prior), then come back after 24hours to bill you more money for 'unlocking' your phone. I had to go out to the shops to do it for a fraction of the price. Wish I'd come here to check reviews before any transactions. Scrolling down their reviews on here, I see its a regular scam. A lof people have fallen for it. It's funny because their website has a 4.5/5 star review. I can't believe they are allowed to get away with this. They should be investigated.

Avoid this company like the plague.
I wish I had looked here first. Trustpilot only hass good reviews about this outfit although there are some which have been reported.
They advertise the price to supply an unlock code for £14.99 plus VAT (which is not mentioned)
They push you through the whole registration phase and take a credit card payment, then follow up some 24 hours later with an email and an invoice for a further £82.00 and will not supply the code until payment is made.
I refused to make this payment. The going rate is £10 to £15 and ended up getting the phone unlocked by the carrier in less than 20 minutes for £8.99
They are con artists and their website is misleading and does not give the complete list of charges

Avoid ... this company is a rip off. They take up front payment (17.99) then send you an invoice for more (£39.99). That is after they finally get back to you..very slow service. Then refuse to give you your money back. So no unlock code just stolen my money. Bunch of cowboys...do not use them.

Shocked, I contacted a local company and they quote me £40 to unlock so i went on google and BINGO this company offered me an unlock for £14.99, 24 hours later they email, WE HAVE YOUR CODE, pay £58 extra to get it ! in desperation I paid it expecting to get the code and guess what, we are now processing payment you will get code in 1 to 7 days.

This fraudulent site promised to unlock my iphone 5. But by paying, they did nothing. The phone is still locked.

AVOID!
This company will try to charge you twice, the second time for £59-£70 for a single service. See their behaviour on trustpilot, where they report all negative reviews daily and try to get them removed!

Total total scam. Three months and £65 later I’m still waiting

SCAM! Wish I'd read reviews first.

What a scam, they trick you into paying £15 -the price that a normal unlock costs and then spring on a £50 'small fee' onto the end. I then tried to ring them to request this money back but their 'phone lines were really busy' at 7am? Do not use them and go to a phone shop in town- save yourself £15

It's a scam. They take your $15 and promise an unlock code in 24 hours then they send you a link, saying that there are additional fees to pay. $70-$80 dollars of fees. They look legit but they're just looking to grease you. That's what just happened to me, looking for an unlock code for a cheap $99 Nokia 2.2. Bury this nonsense.

I am strongly not recommending this company officialsimunlock. PLEASE DO NOT USE this company, they are scam. Originally quoted £14.99 as a pre order payment
One day late I have received email from officialsimunlock saying I have to pay £80 to unlock code, I understood that the charge would go up but I don't expect to have to pay £80 to unlock my Huawei P30 PRO. I ask for refund £17 but they told they won’t refund me. Please Beware is a scam, misleading quote, misleading information on the website, and very very big fraud. They ate my £17 I am very upset. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
