"We took on the services of Office Response in 2010 when demand for our products significantly increased at a fast pace - only a small team of 6 at the time it was impossible for us to take all the calls incoming to our business. Office response gave us the peace of mind that every call would be answered and therefore avoid frustration from our customers when their calls were not answered. The concept worked very well for us, messages would be taken and relayed by email - the customer thought they were speaking to a member of the team. Should we have had a query - someone would promptly look into the query and reply in good time. As our business continued to grow we were in a position to employ more staff - and for this reason we are now able to handle the calls received internally. Great value for money - how can you put a price on missing potential vital sales?! Many thanks to the team at Office Response for all of your support over the past 4 years."

"We needed an Emergency out of hours call handler and selected Office Response 4 years ago. They were understanding of our needs and very quick in getting us set up. Over the years they have always been very professional when dealing with changes in script and resolving issues. In comparison to other organizations they provide the service at an average cost. We feel we have a good relationship with their Customer Service team who regularly have to make changes for us at short notice – its much appreciated. When problems do arise they are quick to identify the issue and put solutions in place to rectify advising us of the outcome."
"I have been working with Office Response for about three years now, they look after our emergency out of hours repair calls on a range of student and commercial accommodation. Although there were teething problems at first they were markedly better than our previous provider straight away, and over the years they have always been very happy to work through any problems we have had.
