The made my house look so much more updated and inside brighter. I can now see outside my windows with no moisture. They are easy to open.

Cheap windows that aren’t worth it. The window frame freezes when it gets cold. The company does not stand behind their product.. Stay away from NT windows, not worth the headache. Very poor customer service .

It's crucial for homeowners opting for aluminum windows over vinyl to understand the trade-offs involved. Despite the presence of a thermal bridge, aluminum remains a metal, and it's essential to clarify that the condensation issue encountered by the homeowner is not indicative of a product defect or installation error. While our aluminum windows feature a thermal bridge to enhance efficiency, extreme weather conditions, such as below-freezing temperatures, can sometimes lead to condensation, particularly with metal frames. It's worth noting that this homeowner experienced a single instance of condensation on a day when the temperature dropped below freezing. When we explained the science behind condensation he refused to acknowledge it. He even mentioned when his mirror fogs up in his bathroom after taking a hot shower that means his bathroom mirror is defective. It was at that point that we knew that he was not being reasonable. Aluminum windows are popular, and we're among the few manufacturers catering to this market. However, it's crucial for customers to educate themselves on product materials, performance, and warranty before deciding. While vinyl windows generally offer superior performance, many homeowners are comfortable with the trade-offs associated with aluminum windows, recognizing their specific preferences and needs.

Windows have heavy condensation. Installed March 2023. Also one window looks like it’s missing a piece inside track. Contacted installer Sooner state windows and they sent me a video from company explaining condensation. I don’t see how this is going to eventually cause mold at this rate. Not satisfied with these windows or installation of them.

We left a hygrometer with this customer and we showed the customer the humidity levels in the house (it was high) and our guys also crawled under the house and there is a significant amount of moisture under the house When under there, we also noticed that the foundation vents were all closed but 1. Only 1 of 12 were open which was trapping the moisture under the house. It's important to note that condensation is not necessarily a sign of a problem with the product or installation. Instead, it's a natural consequence of the temperature and humidity conditions in the environment. While certain measures can be taken to mitigate condensation, such as improving ventilation or using dehumidifiers, it's essential to recognize that some level of condensation is normal and expected. Condensation is a natural process that occurs when warm, moist air comes into contact with a surface that is cooler than the air itself. This temperature difference causes the water vapor in the air to lose heat energy and transform into liquid water droplets on the cooler surface. This is similar to how water droplets form on the outside of a cold glass on a warm day. Condensation occurs when the indoor air, which typically contains moisture from everyday activities such as cooking, showering, and even breathing, encounters surfaces that are cooler than the air temperature. This could be windows, walls, or other materials. It's important to note that condensation is not necessarily a sign of a problem with the product or installation. We installed our NT windows in 2014. They have been an excellent investment in style, quality & energy savings. We bought the double hung, double pane windows for our home. They look great!

I ordered new windows for a new construction and the windows came in without nail fins to be properly installed. The windows were returned for repairs and after a month they came back without the frames this time and all they could say is we will have them back to you in a couple of weeks. When I paid this large amount of for my windows I thought that I would be getting professional service, if wanted this type of service I would have gone to a typical box store.

Purchased Presidential Series back in the Spring of 2022 and we are very pleased. The color choices were significant along with various styles. They look great and my energy consumption has dropped about 30%. Vizion was very prompt, quick & neat with the institutes.

I've had my windows for nearly 10 years now and couldn't be more pleased with them. I just had my house resurfaced and painted and my NT windows look and protect like brand new still. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement.

I love my windows and door. The problem I have is the interior handles sticks so far out from the window surface you can't use blinds as they hit the handle going up and down. I had them installed about 2 years ago and still haven't found a solution for window coverings. Reached out to the company but that is the only handle for the sliding door I have. that bank of windows is still not covered.

We were needing replacement windows, and our son, mother, and sister all got these windows, so we hopped on board. They are beautiful and can't say enough good things about our installer. Really love the lifetime warranty on the windows, that stays with the home. Great for when it comes time to sell.

I've been selling windows since 1982. Fogged up insulated glass is the biggest problem in the industry. The vinyl windows I used prior to starting as an NT dealer in 2008 caused us a lot of problems. We had multiple failures every month with the prior vinyl window supplier. Since going almost exclusively to NT in 2008, I have had a total of 2 insulated glass failures. Any other issues in the last 12 years have been very minor issues and NT was all over them, maiking it right and never charging me or my clients a dime. NT offers everything I need as a professional window contractor, including trim accessories. They have managed to keep the pricing down and the delivery times short, even through the Covid pandemic. I will use NT Windows as my primary replacement supplier until I retire. Carlin Stanton Stanton Windows and More Serving Longview and Tyler and All of East Texas
