“I bought a dress which i feel was quite expensive compared to other stores. When it arrived it was folded up so small and was terribly creased. The material was vey thin for a dress of this price, and it came up very big considering it was a size 6. Very disappointing. Can't be bothered to send it back as i read people have problems getting a refund. I will never order any dresses from them again.”

“The sizing is awful. I’m always an 8-10z ordered a size 10 and it is ridiculously small. I gave it a little tug to fit across my bust and the button flew off. Such a shame as the fabric feel lovely and it’s really pretty. Would order again but no idea what suede, probably a 14??”

“Bought instore. Purchased a loose fitting size. After one quick 30° wash it has shrank by at least a dress size and barely buttons up. The length has also greatly reduced. I thought £39 was a good price for a long dress, however not for one wear it isn’t. I had read some reviews talking about shrinkage of Nobody’s Child dresses and I naively assumed they must have washed them somehow wrongly. I wish I listened. I warn you, if you absolutely love a dress here perhaps buy a size (or two) larger than you need to avoid the samefate happening to you!”

“Awful experience with customer service, better said: none at all because they don't even answer. I've purchased a few dresses some days ago and I've been given 2 different tracking numbers and none of them provides info on location. They're not even updated... I've tried contacting customer support (they only have a form inside their website) and no answer from them!!!”

“I bought a nobody’s child dress and I loved it, until I washed it at30 degrees and line dried it and sadly it shrunk. I’m so disappointed as the style and colours are beautiful.”

“Placed order 2 weeks ago but nothing arrived, sent several emails & eventually got a reply to say they cancelled my order, despite the item still showing as in-stock in my size on their website. Awful customer service, would not buy from them again!”

“Refund process is awful! I ordered a few dresses & really liked them all, they even arrived quickly. However one was too large so I returned it. It reached them on May 25th but it's never been acknowledged & I've not received my refund. When I contacted them they said refunds can take up to 21 days but they'd look into it for me but I've heard nothing since. Would definitely put me off shopping with them again despite seeing lots of dresses I like on their website.”

“I sent 2 dresses back on the 6th may, it’s now the 24th of may and still no communication or refund. The refund process needs fixing. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had researched this first. If your desperate for a Nobodies child dress, order it from M&S as you won’t have to go through this awful refund process. Looks like I’ve still got a while to wait after reading the other reviews. Please sort this out Nobodies child. You can’t hold on to people money when they have sent your goods back!!!”

“The quality of a dress I ordered was extremely poor so I naturally returned it, which I am still waiting on refund for (It’s was returned weeks ago) The communication is also poor as I have sent several emails as I can’t find a contact number. All round poor service!”

“Disgusted with Nobody’s Child sizing. Why is there no quality control? Bought a dress a few months ago - size 14 & it fitted beautifully. Have gone back to order matching dresses for my daughter & I for her birthday. I had to get a 16 because there was no 14. It’s a different style to the last dress I got, but I can’t even zip it up. How can that happen? It shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Can’t believe that this company are also sell through M&S”

“I received a email 2 days ago from Vanessa saying to email the fault on the joggers. Did so 2 days ago and no response. Just going to return them and if they don't refund will recall the payment aft 14 days. Everyone you can contact your bank if you have returned the item and they have confirmed received after 14 days your bank will just pull the money back. Keep all documents and emails very simple 😊😊”

“Had my eye on the brand for a little while, so when I received and email for their sale I ordered a few dresses in the sale and had naturally ordered probably more than I would keep. Dresses all fit beautifully and really glad I ordered some and even at full price I think the dresses are reasonable. I had ordered these through Klarna and was a little worried about refunds as this tended to be peoples concerns or comments. It wasn't as quick as returning something to Amazon or ASOS, but it took about a week for them to receive my order and publish my return (which naturally went back to Klarna to change the amount I owe), so really not any complaints here either! Love the dresses and reasonable returns system and will be ordering again in the future!”

“Spent nearly £200 with the company, like many others still not received a refund even though they have said I will receive one, so they have admitted receipt of goods back, so will be taking it further, potentially small claims court. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. Only given one star as can’t give zero!”

“Love the style but sadly won’t be ordering from them again. Their returns are non existent. I’ve sent several items back and had absolutely no refund after well over a month. They’ve not acknowledged receipt of the return or anything they now owe me around £200. Disgusting service. They say they’re a small team but they’re in M&S and Next etc so they should spend some of our money on staffing properly.”

“I ordered a dress using their size guide and measurements. When the dress finally came, it was way too small. When I sent an email to Nobody's Child, I got a general "I'll pass this along" email. Definitely would not recommend.”

“Awful customer service. No refund after 3 weeks following being told the refund has been recieved. Told banking error over a week ago and still no refund. Criminal and shoddy!”
