applied for a Nat west ISA. They emailed me that they would send a letter to complete the application within 3-5 working days. The letter never arrived. Went to the support page.. after 45 mins of to-ing and fro-ing they informed me that my application had expired because I had missed off a number from the mobile I gave - which is BS.. I mean why didn't they email me??

I have had 4 new debit cards in 3 months and the wrong name and told it’s ok to use and I put in a complaint they said they would ring back it’s been about 3 weeks Iam moving bank ido no trust them

NatWest Bank - INEPT and INCOMPETENT! The interest paid on a savings account was less than the rate stated on the statement . . Deceitful? YES .Dishonest? YES . Fraudulent? In my opinion, YES Today I tried to move money from a NatWest savings account to a NatWest i year cash ISA.. The Meet and Greet person said " No problem, but you can't do it in branch, you have to do it over the phone. It will only take 20 minutes or so". A telephone call was arranged. The person to whom I spoke (working from home?) said it was not possible to do this today "as Monday is a Bank Holiday" and "We will be reviewing our rates on Tuesday but we don't know what they will be. Come back next week". So much for consistency, communication, training and customer service! What's the betting that the interest rate will be lower? All in all a complete waste of my time! My business dealings with NatWest will be closed as soon as possible. As the saying goes, "You can't polish a turd". Not a polished performance by Natwest, therefore, in my opinion Natwest is a ?

Impossible to do basic banking on the app. Was told I would definitely be accepted for a number of 0% cedtic cards by my bank manager who called me by the way. Slow payments going out. The App looks like it was designer by a 12 year old and hard to navigate. Just so bad

I can not believe NatWest are closing most of there branches, I for one have been a customer for 50 years!!! Now for the first time hundreds of customers are looking elsewhere for a more stable bank / building society who will look after there old and new customers. We the the people like cash in our pockets! Not cards that cost a fortune for small business it hard enough to survive as it is,let alone family’s!!!on low income!! What the hell is going on😡😡

I can now rest now, After several months of panicking surfing online for solutions and looking for a way to recover my lost funds mostly i got scammed until I was introduced to G.AL.WAY.RE.LIAN.CE they have the best consultation and solution that's needed to get all your funds back.

This is not a legitimate webpage. They are quick to reply once they have your money, but they never get back to you if you wish to take another withdrawal. The over $60,000 that they stole from me would have been lost if it weren't for the men at the forensic firm. After I submitted an online complaint to CONCEPTSTRD, their helpful staff assisted me in getting my profit and money returned in full. They have always been one of my main sources of support and assistance. The best option is CONCEPTSTRD.

Nat West were so helpful to me during several issues with other companies. The money i thought i had lost was reclaimed by the bank, professional and efficient. i’m very thankful.

Very poor application process for a simple credit card. I wish I never started. You have do download third party apps to communicate and complete applications Rubbish

THIS BANK NEEDS CLOSING DOWN! A long story cut short, I am now in thousands of pounds of debt because Natwest allowed someone to use my identity to take out two loans and a credit card. Their response was for me to go into a debt managment plan to avoid further missed payments etc.. Perhaps if they lent responsibly and did appropriate checks for credit, this wouldn't be happening. This bank is abhorrent and has taken absolutely no responsibility for allowing this to happen. Just disgusting. I don't know if how they get away with it. It's absolutely appalling. Avoid Natwest at all costs.

If there is -1000% for a bank customer service probably this bank will get the score. One of the worst experiences that I ever had dealing with a bank. They are just a joke. "The bank would not give you a reason to cancel my account", this was repeated in the call over 6 to 7 times. I have been with the bank since 2010 and this is the way they treat a loyal customer. I have been transferred 4 times in a call to find the correct department. Just a joke of a bank where the customer support team is abysmal. Why do you operate as a bank when you are closing our accounts without any valid reason? I have money in your bank. Very disappointed and will never come to this bank. Thank god did not have a credit card with them, just imagine how they will operate when they give out credit to people. Joke of a bank that does not have any value on real customers. I think the Bank of England has to look into this joke of a bank that behaves like this to its customers. Very frustrated with this customer service which made me write this bloody essay on how bad this bank is. Very very disappointed and frustrated with Northwest Bank. God save you from disaster and hope they learn the lesson. I have been told now that I have to wait for 60 days to get my money transferred to another account. There is no one to respond to my calls at Natwest.

It's a long history from2013 about the theft in Natwest ilford branch. i heave so many evidences.one evidence I found last month in January from the Natwest branch.The bank lady sent to the complant office.I received 4 letters from Natwest complant office but I can't send letters to the complant office beacuse he blocked me and Now he said to me you didn't send new information and we mad a decision I heave 100% correct evidence but Narwest cheeting me and not doing anything.The manager is responsible. The other manner told me in2014 The manger is not any more your relative came .but I heave evidences against the manger and some evidence other persons name Thank you

Such a poor service. Every month my bank transfers take at least 24hrs to go through. So the money leaves my account but is not seen in the reciprocating account for at least 24hrs. This is my mortgage! Horrendous - time to change!

Natwest services are extremely poor. When you call for a help, they will just waste your time and still will not resolve your issue. They treating small businesses badly. They only cares about the people who has money. They help the rich to launder the money.
