Order took too long

Took ages to arrive, in the meantime price had been reduced to half price. Only used a few times so far and sound keeps on stopping during my run. Will see if this continues and return if it does.

Although the sound comes through well once connected, the instructions do not match the product 100%.

The instructions show that there is a light on the front of the to signify the battery level and if pods are fully charged, there is no such light on the ones I received so I will have to guess if they are charged sufficiently also, no mention of how long they will last once charged.

Another point I ordered 13th July and they didn’t arrive until 6th August.

Worked perfectly but only for a very short time
The right bud no longer holds any power and powers off after 20 seconds even after a full charge

Parcel takes over a week to come, no options for next day delivery then when I wanna try and track the parcel they try and charge a quid

the bottom part of the chariging port on my left ear bud has come off so you can see straight into the left ear bud from the bottom thought they would be a bit more robust

It’s loud but the bass missing. Not showing correct battery percentage. The headphones 100% , case 68% and never moving!

volume on calls is very poor, person on other side can hear buzzing noises. Touch is very sensitive

I bought these thinking they would be amazing however , the charging case won’t charge to over 68% and there is always a red explanation mark in a circle next to the left bud which I cannot get rid of. If anyone is able to help I would really appreciate it

My 4 year old brought these and I did try to cancel the order less than 5 minutes after the purchase but for some reason the email wasn't seen. They did turn up real quick. But only 1 airbud will connect at a time. Have also done everything that was said to do.... If I'm honest no I wouldn't buy again, I would go to a shop and where any problems could be solved properly
