“First experience purchasing Morvelo products. Shirt was damaged even though inspection stickers applied. Morvelo team did not feel the need to stand the cost of returning the item even though it was no fault of the cutomer. 2nd product was ok, but this experience will be considered if purchasing further items.”

“I see your products as bright and fresh in world of greyness. The quality is spot on as is the pricing. As a consumer I would love to see more products but would be wary of spreading you too thin, sometimes this dilutes the magic a company has. Just grow steadily and organically. My only grumble is that your mtb jerseys don't have a zip, its a personal thing though. As a cyclist who "swings both ways" I love your all encompassing approach to everything bike. Just keep doing what your doing well. Craig”

“Bought a roadie top for £70 - a fair price to pay but was swayed by the free roadie cap (Normally £15). To be honest, I'm not overly blown away by the road top - yes it's nice, but not sure it's 'worth' £70 and having bought one, am unlikely to add more to my wardrobe. The cheaper brands (DHB etc) seem be be just as nice. The cap - I'm surprised that people pay £15 for this. Not sure if I got a poor quality control version - it's a bad fit, with 'baggy' sections at the back. For a cap that retails at £15 it's hard to dismiss these. Overall - nice stuff, but I'm not blown away. The cap was poor.”

“Mixed feelings. I pre ordered aw13 kit in advance of release but had to wait additional time after it was offered on sale elsewhere. The guys at Morvelo acknowledged the challenges that caused the issues I experienced but sadly offers of a partial refund and discount on future orders were offered in apology given the issues I was left to deal with, but these actions were never followed through. Given the quality and style of the gear, this was a real shame, made worse in that I did not purchase further items from that collection through loss of confidence. The Morvelo clothing I have will no doubt last, but I am not sure I will buy more in the future.”

“I bought a jersey from you a couple of months ago. Fit is good and the fabric offers very good wind resistance, Zip pocket big enough for small purse and phone, Full length zip is a bonus on the mountains. So far so good. Recently attempted to buy a second jersey with matching bib shorts but the website stated that the jersey was not in stock. Contacted you to see when it would be in stock. The reply stated that the jersey was not in stock and I should try wiggle. This did not answer my question as I wanted to buy from you. Wiggle did not have the jersey I wanted.”

“Hi, I was really pleased with the Medium T-shirt I bought, love it but the jumper was such a weird size. Really wide shoulders but not that long in the body, I'm not a weird size, 6 ft and slim. Had to be sent back. Got a helpful email explaining return process - excellent customer service but I'd be reluctant to buy another jumper from you guys.”

“Fast delivery, well made products but size are in the small end. Bought two different products (both shirts/jersey) but only one of them could be used, the other is way to small. I´m not living in UK so sending it back will cost to much compared to the jersey´s price og the jersey. Will I buy again? No but thats only because I don´t want to sit with a product that dont fit and have expenses that are high returning it.”

“Great products but flawed shopping experience - tried to buy twice buy the "reset your password" feature of the online ship just doesn't work. 4 Days later I get an email from Morvelo with a new password, and by then I'd lost the urge to buy.”

“Your designs visually are excellent. I tend to keep my favourite things 'good' and wear them infrequently. I have a beautiful s/s zipped top I purchased from you. I 'keep it good', only hand wash it and never overload the pockets on the back. Rather disappointingly, the fabric has started to tear at one of the bartacks on the pocket....and worse still, the zip now totally malfunctions - as I pull the zip up, it simply opens up again behind the zip pull, leaving me with a closed collar, but bare belly ! So, aesthetics excellent, but construction poor. Sorry.”
